Great space with a large open field, pond, trees and tons of space for the pups to adventure off leash. Lots of wildlife as well. The road is a dead end so very minimal traffic to worry about. My pup had a blast and was pretty tired after about 45 minutes of running around and sniffing out critters/deer tracks.

Lots of room to run, pond was great to let the dogs swim in. Watch for ticks! Nothing excessive but pretty expected for this area. Dogs are on preventative and didn't have much of an issue. Host was really nice and informative! Really happy with his price and land.

Fantastic experience. We loved walking through the grasslands area. Early timeslots were super helpful (we went at 6 am). As much as my pup loved it, it was a peaceful way to start my morning as well watching and listening to the wildlife - saw some deer and turkey and heard quite a few pheasants. We will definitely be back! (Take advantage of the wildflowers and sunrise for some great photo opportunities!)

Absolutely beautiful spot as private as you could ask for. Zach was great and easy to communicate with. Our dogs loved swimming in the lake. And the sunset view was absolutely beautiful. perfect place to burn off some energy and get out of the car.

We loved this Sniffspot! It was our first ever and the host (or the person we saw on the property) was gracious. It was wonderful to see our dog off leash and just being a dog. The property is BEAUTIFUL and our dog loved the pond and tall grass. Was a hike for us too, which was a great addition to our Saturday. Thank you! Highly recommend.

Many places to explore! Not sure if we missed the trail to the pond or if you make your own but we made our own through the tall grass and the dogs loved the pond! Great experience, they definitely enjoyed themselves!
