The place was immaculate and beautifully green, surrounded by large trees on two sides, with a lot of open space in a near-empty field for flat-out running, and an agility setup in the adjoining space. My dog has probably never seen agility equipment before, and he wasn't interested in most of it, but it was really fun to see that he enjoyed going through the tunnels! I was there mid-day on a warm day, and there wasn't much shade in the active areas (they did have a side area with what I think were dog-height event tents :). I'll go back, but will choose a morning or late afternoon time slot if the forecast holds sun and heat.

Such a lovely spot with high quality agility equipment, a side yard for taking a break/waiting turns/getting wiggles out/pottying during training sessions. Host is easy to communicate with and I’ve really enjoyed all my visits to this spot.

We absolutely loved all the accommodations. The space was clean, organized and not too big. The dogs had a wonderful time as well as the kids. Especially appreciate the porta potty! Thank you!

My dog did agility classes as a puppy and was very excited to run around the course. There were also tons of good smells for after he wore himself out running and jumping and weaving, plus shade for him to plop in and have some water. Would definitely go again!

Dogs enjoyed it. I wasn’t able to convince them to use the agility equipment, so we used the separate empty field. We loved the peace and quiet. We’ll be back soon to try the agility field!

We really enjoyed our visit yesterday, you can’t beat a whole acre of space! Clean facility, pooper scoopers available, and there’s a couple of balls and frisbees to chuck around. My lab loved the agility equipment. Two benches available to sit on at the top of the yard. BYO water, bowls available!!

My pups and I have a fabulous visit. Both fields are securely fenced and there's plenty of room in the field without agility equipment for a serious fetch session. I would definitely rent the space again if I'm in the Rehoboth area.

Carolyn’s agility equipment and field are well maintained. I’m new to agility and I have a dog that can easily get over threshold. Carolyn is supportive and understanding. She promotes a positive learning environment with her kind, helpful words of encouragement. Carolyn said she would stay in the house so as not to provoke a reaction but would be available if I wanted to chat. I’m so glad I had the pleasure of talking with her. As a trainer, she, too, promotes positive reinforcement training and truly understands how to teach dogs. I will definitely be booking more time. Thank you for being such a great host 🐾💕🐾

Clean, roomy, and pretty yard on a quiet street, with trees and bushes for a little variation in terrain as well as a picnic table out in the middle and a sun umbrella and chair closer to the house. A large stump mid-yard provided a perfect platform for practicing "hop up" and "off." Host was kind and welcoming on text (we didn't meet in person), and put out ice water, dog toys and treats! The backyard has stockade fencing on one side and a dense line of pine trees on the other, but it does open directly into a neighbor's property, which looks like an extension of host's yard. There's also no barrier to your doggo going out in front of the house if you're not keeping an eye on them. No problem if your dog has a good recall, as Otie does, but it's something to consider depending on your individual pup. Otie had tons of fun running around, sniffing around a new place, and rolling in the cool grass. I think it would also make a good play yard for a couple of dogs. We'll be back!

Spacious backyard with a beautiful view. It was exactly as described. My dog enjoyed sniffing and using the kiddie pool. Make sure your dog is non-reactive to farm animals if you plan to let them have off leash time. The chicken coop and run is in the same area that is accessible to dogs. The fence is about 48” high—pet exercise pen panels secured to fencing stakes. It was adequate to contain my dog, but could be an issue for others. Ashley is a kind, warm host, very communicative.

This place was fantastic! Between the space, the mini horse, goats and chickens my dogs were super excited at every turn. There were chairs set out for us to sit, a doggie pool, a ball for the dogs and a bowl of water for them. Instructions were very clear and Ashley was phenomenal. I had LOTS of questions before or visit and she was very kind and VERY responsive. I have already posted about this place in my social media and several friends already plan on visiting. This is a must try!
