Eliza is an American Bully who has anxiety that contributes to her reactivity and has worked really hard with confidence building through climbing, digging, and finding what activities are enriching to her. She recently got a little GSP brother who moon lights as a speed racer & excavator. Their 6 foot fence was recently put in and it is now safe space to share with others. Being a Reactive Dog Mom is my whole personality and I am excited to let others have access to a space to explore. All equipment is dog friendly. Great property to walk with large and small dogs. The entire back lot is fully fenced and plenty of running space for frisbee or ball. Disposable water bowls can be found in our welcome bin. A hose will be available in summer and a water jug in winter. A small patch of uncut brush in the back is great for jumping sniffing and tracking the high branches are cleared for humans to also walk through:) located near wetlands some of the fencing extends through overgrowth or wetland and brush/scrub tree areas it can be damp in wet weather times. The ENTIRE BACK lot is fully secure, originally built to contain our dachshunds and our late Great Dane. Because we own several small dogs (and also a large dog) ourselves it is checked regularly for any holes, or wear. (If you see any holes please let us know ASAP) Our dogs will be kenneled when you visit! Extra notes: *We live near a gun range and during hunting seasons and summer range noise can be heard in the distance. Weekdays are quieter in general for all noises :) after work and weekends tend to have more shooting noise during hunting seasons. * Please note in spring/ fall thaw and heavy rain parts of our yard so stay soggy and even wet for some time -appropriate footwear should be considered (rubber boots are ideal)-we have towels for dogs in our welcome bin. Hi! Right now the farmers are harvesting around us and I think next week they will be by us, I will keep you posted and Close as needed so you don't need to deal with tractors during your visit. You most likely do not need to book ahead of time, I honestly get maybe 2-3 visits a week, last minute bookings work completely fine 🤠 There is a small plastic pool & toys available 😊 There are no farm animals here currently and this is a pasture that is now cleaned up and ready for our pups to play in. You can bring chairs, set a fire in the huge fire pit (bring wood and fire starter) also welcome to back your pick up into the area and hang out / sunset views for days here! * Short grass / tall grass areas / hill in the very back * Fenced but CATTLE fencing so great for larger dogs & dogs with GOOD recall * Wear your cowboy boots and explore the property! * Farm area is separate from our immediate yard up by our house so you have full privacy. Feel free to bring home a dog toy if your dog wants to bring one 🐕 no need to take it away from them. It's their day when they come for a visit! 😉
