We have a clearing around the home, including a huge septic field where it is short grass. The remaining of the property is older woodlands which is easy hiking for any skill level. We are located 5 minutes past Dollar Lake. On the way to the property you will see various farmlands. There are cattle, goats, sheep, poultry and horses all visible on the way. On our property itself, we have awesome views. It is very quiet and at night you can see the stars very well, as we are outside the glow of the city. On the property we have found many signs of wildlife and have seen several wild animals. We have 2 rabbit dens, pheasant nests, and numerous other birds which have neats in the trees surrounding the clearings. There are deer, porcupines, coyotes, and bears. The coyotes are heard howling at times at night, however we have not spotted any visible. The neighbors have also reported bears in their backyards and there's evidence of them.
