This is a big space that has both A large gravel drive and tall grass/plants in the very back. All for your pup to run around in! There is an additional space that is mostly grass and also fully fenced and separate from the other space if needed. There is a wooden and black gate you will approach upon arrival. Drive to the inside of the gate to park. You’ll then close and lock the gate (before your pup gets out of the car). You’ll be given a lock code after reserving the space. Any dirty poo bags can be left by the gate entrance (on the inside) for us to dispose of after.

Currently the only things available are access to two water spigots and a short water hose inside the fenced in area. There is also a hammock stand if you would like to bring your own hammock for lounging or you can sit on the front porch. You are welcome to use the back yard as well, but it is not fenced in. Please be mindful of some small gaps under the fence in the front yard as well. If you have a dog that is an escape artist this might not be the best Sniffspot for you all. 🐾 Parking is available on the left side of the house and behind the house. Please do not park on the gravel to the right side of the fence - That is a shared drive way with my neighbors. I'm so excited to get started! If you have any questions, just let me know. 🙂

We offer a sloped half acre in Sullivan County, Tennessee - a mix of green grass, gravel, and woods. We are located in a quiet cul-de-sac. You may park at the bottom of the cul-de-sac, or in the driveway. All dogs must be up to date on all vaccines, flea and tick medication and heart worm preventative. We have multiple cameras on our property for our protection and yours. We require a 4 hour heads up before booking- however - feel free to reach out via messages and we may be able to get you on the schedule on shorter notice. MESSAGE about booking- we block all times to make sure we can accommodate guests if we’re unsure if we can host. We will do our best to set atleast one bowl of water out for your pets, however, if we are not home we will not be able to do this. Please keep this in mind when planning your visit.
