A whole toy box of all kinds of toys and treats are on hand. Take advantage of the photo booth and other photo opportunities because we can never have enough photos of our pups. Patricia Simonet Laughing Dog Park is a fully-fenced off-leash area located at 26715 Spokane Bridge Rd, Liberty Lake, Washington. The park is open from dawn to dusk and visitors are required to follow Washington State and Spokane County laws. Dogs must be vaccinated, controlled, and attended at all times, with a maximum of 3 dogs per handler. Dangerous or aggressive dogs are prohibited, as well as female dogs in heat. Owners must clean up after their dogs and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The park offers amenities such as chairs, dog drinking water, and a dog washing area. No glass containers, alcohol, bicycles, or skateboards are allowed in the off-leash area.
