My dogs got here, sniffed around a bit, then took off running with all the energy they had zooming through the woods and trampling over palm fronds and from behind trees. My dogs loved the freedom. It’s a beautiful, and very peaceful property with ponds and even some horses. The entire places seemed to be surrounded by a fence and then a canal so no where they could run off to, as mine are escape artists who love to try and break free from any constraints. There is a trail to walk and some places to sit. Also a very friendly welcome from the host. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful natural surroundings to host our dog’s birthday party with 5 other dogs. The host brought the perfect teak round table and his treats along the path. One dog enjoyed wading in the fresh watering hole, while others ran and romped and enjoyed pup cup ice cream. Picturesque and perfect! My only suggestion would be to bring bug spray next time. And don’t bother cleaning your car beforehand cause you’ll have to clean it afterwards. The remote location was an adventure. We loved how close it was to populated areas of town, but felt like another world.

My first visit to Canter Woods Farm today with Asher, my Sheepadoodle puppy, was better than I expected. It is a quintessential parcel of Old Florida at it’s best. Plenty of paths to explore, along without three ponds and friendly owners and horses grazing in their pens. Safe, pleasant and a perfect play field to roam for visiting dogs and owners.

My dog loves it here! He's intrigued by the horses and loves splashing in the ponds. Lots of space to walk around and for dogs to run which is a plus in addition to the water play.

This place is a wonderful location to allow your furry kids to run and explore. The ponds are clean and refreshing. Their horses are calm even when my one dog was barking at it but then they touch noses. I will be back.

Larry and his daughter gave us a nice tour and then we let the dogs run and swim. Beautiful and peaceful property with old Florida charm. Our lab adored the swimming pond! We will be back! Definitely recommend if you want to let your dogs roam free and swim on a nice farm!

Another wonderful day farm. The kids had so much energy they took off running. My GSD loves the black and white horse love running along the fence with him. My pointer dies too but he my lazy son only goes half way. 😆

I brought my dog Daisy here for the first time and we absolutely loved it. When we first arrived Larry gave us a nice tour that really helped out. Daisy has never seen horses before and she absolutely loved them. I was amazed when I saw how good they were with dogs. Everything is very well kept and overall just an amazing place. We definitely will be back!

A beautiful oasis with wonder welcoming people. Elegant horses who love to be fed carrots and apple slices. MAKE SURE TO BRING SOME THEY LOVE IT! My dog is a GSD rescue I fostered and decided to keep him. I live in A apartment for the next 6 months so finding this escape that I can go to every other weekend is gonna be a blessing. They’re so accommodating and respectful and I love that they allow us to adventure on their own little oasis paradise. Want to gate keep this all for myself but Will recommend to all my dog parents cause everyone deserves to spend an hour or two here!

We always have so much fun coming here. The bonding time we have as family is priceless. Our German Shepherd Puppy starter coming here since she was 6 weeks old and now shes 4 months and learned “Pond” means the Canter Wood Farm. She can’t contain her excited on the car ride ! WE LOVE IT HERE♥️♥️♥️

My friends and our dogs visited today and as one of my friends said, best day of Suki's life so far! So many paths, open spaces, water features they can swim and play fetch in, seating, lots of trees for shade and friendly horses, and family that owns! Thank you🧒

Life with a reactive dog can be difficult, but we found the perfect oasis for our sweet 2 year old girl ! A perfect place to let my girl run free while working on building her confidence and obedience. The ponds, horses, and trails were lovely and my ladybug thought so too ! Had our first visit today and my dogs LOVED it. They had a wonderful time meeting the horses, playing in the water, rolling around in the grass and exploring the trails. This will definitely be a regular spot! Tess and Doc are so friendly as well. 10/10!

This met all our needs and went beyond our expectations. We have 4 rescues and 2 can be reactive due to trauma. Larry met us at the gate and was very patient as they got settled. He gave me a brief tour and sent us on our way. The pups must have sensed his good nature because they didn't engage negatively at all. We will definitely be back. The property offers a lot of shade and water so we can exercise here throughout the long summer.

What a beautiful slice of Heaven! We were greeted from start to finish with warm, welcoming smiles. We got a personal tour of the grounds. So fabulous!! Are we planning on coming back? Absolutely!! Brought my service animal and a very skittish rescue pup. Overall, the dogs did very well. The rescue dog has some baggage he needs to unpack and this place is gonna be a part of his healing! What a wonderful place to take your dog! Our English Pointer was able to fully explore the property and was exhausted after her hour. It's wonderful knowing she can't escape with the property being fully fenced and she has the entire place to herself that having to worry about her not getting along with other dogs. We will definitely come back. The owners are very nice and the horses are pretty cool too!
