Ben has been involved in the pet welfare, behaviour, and training industry for over 10 years. Ben began his journey by working a summer job at a dog day-care in the city while taking Psychology at the University of Manitoba. While continuing his education in the fall, Ben also began to gain practical work experience in other areas of the pet and animal industry, including: Veterinary clinic, animal shelter, pet boarding facility, pet food store, in-home pet care, and training classes. Ben worked for the Winnipeg Humane Society as a Behaviour Counsellor and as the Behaviour Programs Coordinator throughout 2019. He has recently returned to teach Puppy, Reactive and other classes!

Host and location are 10/10 - we tell everyone we know with dogs this is the place to let them be free. No other dogs visible, fence secure and host is wonderful. If you are considering trying Sniffspot this is the one to try.

Great space for dogs to run and play. Our Juniper loved exploring and finding frogs on her sniffari. It's an excellent size for her to get exercise as a large breed dog. The space was nicely mowed and very tidy & well maintained. The location is easy to find. The host messaged us during our booking to let us know the location of the washrooms. Overall, it was a really good visit and we'll definitely be back!

Great fenced in area lots of room to run with hay bails and tubes and sand hill. Lots of trees and benches to sit and a shed if need to sit inside. Will definitely be back

Josee's Private dog park was amazing! Our dog had a great time running around, digging in the sand pit and playing fetch and frisbee. Perfect for those who don't have a yard and would like to let their dog run! The park itself was very secure, chain link fence around the whole perimeter at what looks like 6 feet, the place was clean and well kept aswell and nothing dangerous for our dog. We are definitely coming again!

This spot is amazing, very clean and well kept, some fun things for dogs to explore and climb, and lots of room to run. The fence is secure and safe, I felt completely at ease having my dogs roaming free in this space. I will be coming back for sure!

I can’t say enough good things about our first Sniffspot experience! The host has gone above and beyond, thinking of so many unique features to keep dogs engaged. From agility equipment to resting spots for humans & dogs. It felt like a playground designed specifically for my pup’s curiosity. There were toys, areas for digging—all thoughtfully arranged to give dogs both fun and enrichment while being safe in the fully fenced enclosure. My dog had an absolute blast exploring all the different areas and was happily exhausted afterward! We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this spot!
