My property has multiple trails, 2 small fields, streams, a large pond for swimming, and a dog wash station! Lots of space to play. Truly a dog paradise! My property is located on a long, gravel driveway (named by me as Maple Gap Rd) off Frozen Creek Road and just a short distance from the back entrance of Gorges State Park. Once turning onto Frozen Creek Road it’s about 1.3 miles on your right. You’ll see a small green sign saying Maple Gap Road and a Sniffspot sign. Parking is available beside the garage (looks like a house). Ok to park behind my silver truck that stays there. You’ll see a Sniffspot ‘park here’ sign, a dog waste station with bags, and a brown bench with tennis balls, water bowls, and bug spray in a storage bin under the seat. Access to the two small fields and stream is across the gravel driveway. My two homes on the property are vacation rentals by owner. If you see guests they may/may not have dogs. We have a fully fenced in yard here in Lavonia, GA! You don’t have to worry about muddy areas or unsafe ground. Here we have plenty of grass! Our two Doodles love the yard and are also here if your fur baby would like some playmates. If not, they can both stay inside and yours can have the yard all to themselves!

We are on a corner lot. Please do not park in front of the house! Pull around the side and park toward the back of the lot. You can pull partially off the road into the natural bed along the street! Feel free to use the grassy back yard or use the bridge over the small creek to get to the large natural area beside the big creek! Make yourselves at home and enjoy the beautiful space! There are chairs near 2 fire pits that you are welcome to use.

The spot offers a fenced in area for you and your dog to enjoy some sun and allow your dog to stretch his legs. The park is a fully fenced in privacy fence. It feels like you are on a camping trip with your furry friend. We have a hammock, a bench big enough to lay down on, and a patio table with chairs. We have a water hose, doggy pool, toys, treats, and an electric cord for charging your computer or phone. I do have wi-fi for you to use, so you can even come and work while watching your pups play.

Our yard is a little over a half acre, fully fenced and located in a cul-de-sac. Our neighborhood is peaceful and dog-friendly. Our neighbors do have dogs but they are also located in fences and when walked, they are kept on a leash. Our backyard provides a safe spot for your fur babies and lots of room to run and enjoy nature.

Welcome to Lucy’s half acre private dog park where you, your family, friends and furry companions can run, play, explore, exercise, relax, and even have a picnic. It’s a great and safe place to be with your loved ones. The park is securely fenced and private. There are trees, a shade sail canopy and a nice area covered shelter with a roof and fan to get away from the elements. We provide chairs, hammocks, a glider, a picnic table, kids play equipment, dog toys, water, etc. The park has a slope which can provide a great way for you and your pup to exercise. A nice big area for your pooch to dig is available as well as plenty of spots for your dog to roam and explore. Some areas are uneven and hilly which adds to the fun of exploring. Come and enjoy our secluded private oasis. We hope you will love it as much as we do.

We are currently overwhelmed with debris from the hurricane and recent storms. Most of the debris has to be temporarily staged in the area that is a portion of the SniffSpot area. If you would like to bring your pup to roam and play in the creek on a hot day, please message me first and I will check the clean-up schedule. Please understand we welcome you but the grassy field is not currently up to our standards. This beautiful open space is beside a bubbling creek wtih both sun and shade options. Across the property you will find digging spots (please fill all hoes) mud, grassy areas and plenty of space to explore. There is a water hose to rinse your dog and limited seating at this time. Please check back often as we are in the process of improving the space with future additional seating, an agility course, wash station and more.

We’ve got a great fenced in yard in a quiet safe neighborhood with a super comfortable deck with chase lounges, table and chairs and a couch for you to enjoy while your dog chases the squirrels and chipmunks. We have water bowls on site as well as tennis balls to toss and play with your dog. There is even a basketball hoop! (Bring your own basketball ball). Bring your lunch and picnic on our deck! Table with umbrella is on the deck! Deck is handicap accessible! Sniff spot yard has driveway that provides a solid surface for ease of handicap accessibility! Dog parks in town are quite difficult to navigate or even impossible if you are using any form of assisted mobility. You will be thrilled to find our Sniffspot!

Our beautiful scenic property consist of a private dirt road owned and maintained by us. We have multiple fields on the property. Along with plenty of woods. Some pastures. Also we have some yard chickens whom are dog friendly and also dog aware. Our roosters will keep any dog in line so need need to worry. As far as facility we have a 18 run fully supported indoor outdoor dog kennel. This facility has running water and caters to ur pets full needs. We can service and groom pets if owner request and expense. So weather u need someone to take ur dog for a week while u vacate or jus a few hours while u work each day, or even if u jus want to visit us and enjoy our beautiful retreat estate in the mountains here. This is a beautiful relaxing and friendly place for anyone a their loved animal to visit. We hope to see each an everyone that visits us again.
