Fully fenced beautifully landscaped space in the Fishtown area, tons of natural shade and perfect for welcoming dogs and their humans of all ages. Please note: oak, mimosa, black walnut, black locust and ginkgo are all common in Philadelphia and all produce seeds/fruit that are poisonous to dogs. All these types of seeds may be found in my yard in the fall, carried by squirrels or dropped from my own trees, so please use caution if your dog is prone to eating vegetation or tree litter!

People have occasionally been showing up around the lake - please be aware of this We do test for blue green algae (scroll to picture 5) and we tested NEGATIVE. The lake is safe and not suffering from any toxic algae blooms. Does your dog love to run? Love to swim? Love to chill in the shade? We have it all! Enjoy 3 acres of fenced in land to run around, a private lake for your pup to swim in or do some dock diving, and a bamboo forest perfect for getting some shade and feeling at peace. We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please maximum! We have a lovely large, mostly open, yard that offers a wonderful spot with room for dogs to run. The property is on a slope, with a bit of an incline, and beautiful views from the top. The fence is post and rail with wire fencing along it. Tall mature trees add shade and there is a bench for sitting. Please note: There is a swimming pool in the backyard within the fence line; dogs are not allowed in the pool when open or on the cover when closed.
