Stopped at the Animal Ranch to get out of the car and stretch my legs. Giving 5 stars because host accuracy describes property to a T. On that note, this is undeveloped land — a dried creek bed with lots of thorny plants all around. These will shred your calves unless you’re wearing thick cotton pants. These plants are native to the area so not appropriate for host to cut down, especially 4 acres worth. Ryan was super responsive so that much is appreciated. My dog is a princess and wanted to leave after 15 minutes.

True to the other reviews, this is a dry creek bed with thorny weeds interspersed around in it, and the way leading to the creek bed is all tall grass and weeds as well. My dog absolutely loved it for being able to play fetch on the creek bed, and part of it hadn't yet dried up for the season so he got to roll around and lay in the mud to cool off. He will be needing a bath tonight, but he had fun. I recommend bringing water and a bowl to put it in so your pup doesn't try drinking the mud like mine did, lol. Where to enter was a bit unclear, we initially went into the smaller backyard before finding the gate to the left of the garage.

Nice spot for some good sniffs! Very easy to come and go. There are some prickly bushes around but you can navigate around them and get to plenty of space to play fetch on open land. Be mindful of a few foxtail bushes around the property that are just starting to dry out, especially if your pup really likes to get in the bushes. My pups and I had a great time! No shade so bring a hat and some water for the pups on those hot days :)

Another great trip to Dizzie Lizzie’s! Liz had added a bunch of great features in the last week, kiddie pool in full swing, canopy for a shaded area, more toys and a great scavenger hunt going on 🥳🥳

I came here for the first time with my dog Lulu & it was AMAZING!! The directions are clear & Elizabeth is great at communicating. The previous guests are right - there are so many trails & I appreciate the extra amenities. There are gallons of water w/ clean bowls along the trails and it's a very vibrant atmosphere. I'd recommend booking for at least 2 hours if it's your first time. I only booked an hour & time flew by fast because there was so much & my dog wanted to keep going!! It'll be a workout for you and your pets. As a general precaution, I'd make sure to wear comfortable shoes & long pants/socks because there's a lot of rocks, native plants & wildlife. We did stumble upon some cacti & some snakes/lizards and I enjoyed spotting them along the trails 😁

Great spot! Area is beautiful, trails are well maintained with great signage, and there is a stash of all supplies you may need. I have a reactive dog who loves to hike but can’t be trusted to go off leash around strangers dogs, and this is a perfect place to be able to bring him to give him the fun and freedom he can’t get on public trails.

Our visit was great! So many shady spots and water bowls filled with fresh water! Lots of area to explore! Adorable amenities like a basket of toys, a first aid kit, colorful climbing and jumping apparatus.

Dizzy Lizzie’s park is so much fun!! My dogs had a blast! I love that there is water bowls and water spread out around the park in case your pup gets thirsty. I would highly recommend choosing this park for your walk!

We loved our early morning walk. Ovie was so happy roaming the property off leash. He absolutely loved the toys and flowers when we first got there. He spent so much time exploring all the amenities at the entrance. The best was our experience to RELAX without the worry of running into other dogs, while watching Ovie jump bushes, pee and explore without us controlling his experience. He found tennis balls along the path which was the same as finding treasures! When we were ready to leave, Ovie just sat by the colored tires with the tennis ball in his mouth refusing to get in the car. Hehe! Make sure to bring good shoes and your balance. The paths are not for the wobbly.

We had such a great time it was amazing! This was the first time that I have not had to be on edge and concerned about a dog running around the next corner. It was so nice to be able to relax and watch my dog be a dog! She was actually ready to leave before we were (she waited patiently for us in the pool) because we were busy looking for ducks! We had such a good time all around, we will definitely be back again! I do recommend booking for more than an hour for your first time because there is so much to explore and see. This spot really is amazing, she thought of everything!! Lillee, my dog, was especially grateful for all of the jugs of water and bowls placed all over throughout the property. We can not thank you enough for sharing your land and providing this opportunity for my dog and so many others. You are appreciated!

We had a great time at Dizzy Lizzies dog park! What a wonderful concept to have an open 50 acres to rent out privately for your pup. They filled the place with trails to walk on, toys, water in several spots, shade spots for when its too hot and even some treats. We love finding new places to take our pup and will definitely be going back.
