What a wonderful SniffSpot! Ashley and family were welcoming and kind. Their backyard was very large with lots of great open space for the doggies to run in! After a 6 and a half hour drive up from Phoenix, it was a wry welcome find - just a few minutes from the La Quinta off of I-15. We will definitely be back any time we re traveling through!

This was the 3rd spot we've checked out, and so far, it is Porkchop and Potatos fav. It's just the right size so the boys have time to sniff the place out, then play until they're pooped. The water dishes were plentiful, and having pooper scoopers was a luxury. Definitely will be one we frequent.

Loved this yard and would recommend. Clean yard and seating area. Lovely grass, the host set up nice water bowls and kiddie pool. We used it to play disc and they just rolled in the real grass.

Leroy and myself loved visiting Shoosh’s backyard. There was toys and water provided, so no need to bring my own & make sure I don’t forget any behind. The backyard is beautiful, has lots of shade, and seating. Shoosh’s parents dog was visiting so there was barking, which wasn’t an issue. It was great for Leroy’s distraction training. Leroy was adopted from the shelter in August. He’s come a long way in his reactivity & actively training. He isn’t a dog park dog, so I’m so grateful to find a backyard close by I can rent out. Thank you Shoosh!

Lots of sniff places and plenty of room to throw a ball! The grass is pretty lush and the big trees keep it cool and shady! We will be back!!

My dogs and I had such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The back yard is nice with plenty of sitting and water is bowls for the dogs. Plenty of space to throw the ball for dogs and for the dogs to explore. This was my first time utilizing sniff spot and I am just in awe people open their backyards for puppies to be free-such a wonderful treat. The host is very kind and offers help if needed or let's you so your own thing.

My old pups really enjoyed their visit today So much to sniff: grass, trees & bushes, dirt areas and a wooden pavilion Jackson drank from all of the water bowls but liked the big one the best!

The yard is large with plenty of natural shade from large trees. There are amenities to seat multiple people. The yard is secure with one gate that can completely close without large gaps or slots. Old tennis balls were available to throw around but we brought our own toys. We will come back.

My dogs had the best time at Shoosh’s yard! One dog loves to play fetch and the other loves to make his rounds and smell every thing in sight so it really worked well for the both of them. We will definitely be back!

Myself and my pup absolutely loved this Sniff Spot! It was our first time using this service and we are absolutely returning! The yard was clean, there were filled water bowls, assorted balls around the yard, private and easy access, and lastly so much fun!! There are also great amenities for humans, I personally loved the refurbished gondola seat 🖤 1000% returning

This is the best Sniffspot in town. I have never found dog poop at this spot that my dogs didn't deposit. The water bowls are big, spotless, and filled with fresh water. The yard is just so perfect. For dogs AND people. It's my whole family's local happy place, and the membership makes it very affordable!

We just had the sweetest evening at Shoosh’s. Letting our boys run and play on the lawn under the mature trees was the best. Lots of room for fetch with 2 fast Goldens. The yard was immaculate and the owner most accommodating. We look forward to playing here again!

Are dog parks good for dogs?

It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.

Are dog parks safe?

While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers).
