Great 1st visit. Officially a SniffSpot Fan. We live in a condo and my boy gets 3 walks a day, but needs time off lead. Janie's place is ideal. I was able to take him at 7am before work! Perfect and we will be back. Fencing is secure. Good trees. Water bowl too.

Our girls had the best time at Janie’s! She has a fully fenced yard, on a large corner lot with plenty of shade and room to run. Janie was the perfect host. She had a full bowl of cold water for the girls and had the mister ready to go. Definitely add the mister to your visit, especially if you have dog who likes water or if you’re visiting during the hotter times of the day. We liked it as much as the dogs did! Thank you so much for having us Janie. We’ll definitely be back!

We’re traveling with our two dogs in an RV and one of them is reactive to other dogs so this was a great spot for them to run and stretch their legs and play a game of frisbee. The host even had a bowl of fresh ice water which was appreciated. Fully fenced with lots of places to sniff and explore. We’ll definitely be back!

This was fantastic. The yard is big enough for my two Large dogs to enjoy and run until they were exhausted. The area is easy to find , park and super friendly neighbors. We will definitely be coming back!!

Really great, quiet, safe, and clean spot to let your fur baby off leash. Marley did lots of exploring and sniffing! Will definitely be back! ❤️

Awesome spot! There are 2 main yards for the doggies to play in. Lots of space to run around. There was ice water and a pile of coconuts waiting which my lab loved. Easy to find, good parking. We will be back soon!

Beautiful yard with lots of place for my pups to run around and have fun. Host had a bowl of ice water for the dogs which was greatly appreciated in the heat. We got to relax in the shade while the dogs let out their energy!

My dogs had the best time ever! The spot is spacious and clean. The perfect place if you’re dogs need some room to run. I don’t have a yard and my one dog gets scared at the dog parts, so it was amazing to have a spot to themselves. They were exhausted after 45 min, so an hour is perfect! Thank you! Can’t wait to return!

My dog Luna had a great time and was thoroughly worn out! And seeing a couple horses was cool for her too. The fence didn’t have any gaps. I felt safe having her run free. Will definitely come back!

This was an incredible place to socialize my dog with my boyfriends dog. My dog is extremely dog selective. I cannot bring her to public dog parks and we don’t have a yard. This was the perfect spot to let the pups run around and have fun together!

My small dog had probably one of his top 3 days of his life here running around and “chasing” the horses along the fence line (I honestly don’t think they even noticed he existed he’s so small) I definitely want to bring him back here it’s so sweet watching his little eye (yes singular) light up being there 🥰
