55I took my granddog to Henry’s Woods for the first time today, and he loved it!! There were plenty of areas to explore and sniff. He loved creeping around the tall grass! 55This spot was fantastic! Our dog is not a throw the ball and run after it kinda dog. We wanted to take him somewhere where he would have a lot to sniff and be different than our backyard. He probably did 5 or 6 laps around this place and the fact that it was all enclosed with all kinds of things to sniff was so awesome. It had decent shade in the earlier morning and I definitely followed the instructions and we wore long pants and had tons of bug spray so we were all set. My dogs were in HEAVEN here!!! So many places to explore and it was the perfect size to not make me too nervous keeping track of my 3 wild children! 😂 The rustic, varied terrain was great for them and so pretty for me to take pics of them in.
