We have Multiple areas available for rent (privately between you and your friends) ranging in square footage. Area 1 (5,460 sq ft) is a Dock Diving pool area, great for dogs who are confident swimmers and divers. Area 2 (3,150 sq ft) is great for small dogs and hosts some agility equipment. Area 3 (11,913 sq ft) is great for medium and large dogs. Area 5 is our inground pool which is heated and great for dogs and humans. Area 6 is our freshwater filtered splash pond, great for dogs to learn how to swim. Lastly we have a members only dog park (33,706 sq ft). You and your dog have to pass a recall/body language test to make sure everyone is safe, combined with security cameras our dog park really takes it to a new level of fun and safety. The arena is 8450sq ft of sand, fully fenced and located on a horse farm. There is a separate entrance near the parking lot for easy arrival and great for dogs who do not like to see other animals/people. Reactive dogs can be accommodated and are welcome - we know they need play time too! Pooper scooper/pitchfork and trash can are provided, please clean up after yourself and your dog. We ask that you do not let them excessively dig in the footing - a rake has been provided if needed. There may be jumps, large balls and dog toys in the arena which you are welcome to use. Dogs must be on leash when entering and exiting and at all times when outside of the arena. **During the summer months the large arena door is open for airflow, it is gated and most large dogs can not sneak out. You’ll have the yard to yourselves, but if you’d like for the dogs to play together let us know and we can have a play date (assuming it’s safe for everyone - our dogs aren’t territorial about their yard and have been happy to share with visitors). So grab a coffee, a good book, and enjoy the yard while your furry companion explores!

My dogs had a great time! I have two young, high energy, large dogs who love to run around. This was the perfect spot for us to go on a chilly and rainy November morning. My dogs ran and played a bit, but spent a bunch of time sniffing every inch of the place and were exhausted when we left. I have a dog fear-reactive GSD, and we saw no other dogs on the property. There are livestock visible, but this is from your car. My dogs were interested, but we were past them quickly. Make sure to take the 2nd driveway just past the house at the listed address, with the Sniffspot sign on the fence gate.

We came for our first visit today and it was exactly as advertised. Our dogs loved it. Big open space for them to run. There is a garbage and a couple chairs for you to use. We brought a ball with us so the dogs were entertained. The only thing I need to bring next time is water and a dish and a towel to pat the dirt off before bring back in truck.
