Whether you’re looking for a peaceful place to practice calm behavior or you’d like guidance from professionals, we’re here for both. That said, our property is not completely secluded. This is an active dog resort, so it’s likely you’ll see people and other dogs at a distance, especially during the day. Quiet times are generally after 6:00pm. Out of respect for our neighbors, excessive, uncontrolled barking isn't permitted — but if that’s something you’re currently struggling with, don’t worry. That’s exactly what we specialize in fixing. **if you own a dog care or dog walking business and want to book our space for over 3 dogs, you have to contact us separately due to insurance and safety requirements. We do plenty of business with other dog businesses but we cannot do that here on this platform** Because we’re not as secluded as other Sniffspots, if your dog is constantly reactive, or aggressive and you're not looking to train or improve their behavior, then this may not be the right spot for you. But if you’re ready to work on things, even just a little, we’d love to support you. We have training bolt ons you can add to your booking for training or learning to swim. Please don’t hesitate to reach out — we genuinely want to help. PUBLIC TOILET JUST ADDED - Trailer based toilet next to our patio area. **IMPORTANT** Your booking includes either Area 2 or Area 3 (depending on the size of your dog and which you prefer) If you want to use Area 1, 5 or 6 (our pool areas), please select the relevant extra. Then your booking switch from Area 2/3 to Area 1, 5 or 6. If you want to book Area 3 or 2 in addition to your pool spot (area 1, 5 or 6), please create a new booking without any extra marked so you can then enjoy pool time plus off leash area 2 or 3 to dry off. We have Multiple areas available for rent (privately between you and your friends) ranging in square footage. Area 1 (5,460 sq ft) is a competition spec Dock Diving pool area, great for dogs who are confident swimmers and divers. Area 2 (3,150 sq ft) is great for small dogs and hosts some agility equipment. Area 3 (11,913 sq ft) is great for medium and large dogs. Area 5 is our inground pool which is heated and great for dogs and humans. Area 6 is our freshwater filtered splash pond, great for dogs to learn how to swim. Lastly we have a members only dog park (33,706 sq ft). You and your dog have to pass a recall/body language test to make sure everyone is safe, combined with security cameras our dog park really takes it to a new level of fun and safety. Area 1 - $30/half hour & $45 for 1 hour Area 2 & Area 3 - $10/half hour & $15 for 1 hour. Area 5 - $25/half hour & $40 for 1 hour Area 6 - $20/half hour & $33 for 1 hour. Area 2, and 3 (Dry areas) include up to 3 dogs. Pool areas (1, 5 and 6) include up to 2 dogs. Please select that additional dog extra if bringing more than the specified dogs. Nestled in the heart of our tranquil backyard, our pool offers a serene escape for dogs and their owners alike. Designed with love, it’s the perfect size for dogs of all breeds to swim comfortably and safely. 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀: Equipped with easy-access steps, with a deep end of approximately 5 feet and a shallow end of around 3 feet. 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘅𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮: Enjoy poolside loungers or patio chairs shaded under an umbrella while your dog swims. 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗢𝘄𝗻: Please bring your own doggy lifejackets, toys/balls, and towels. 𝗖𝗵𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗹: The pool is chlorine-treated, and a hose is available for rinsing off your dog after swimming. 𝗕𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁: Please brush your dog before visiting to help manage hair in the pool and ensure a pleasant experience for other guests. (We'll do our best to keep the pool clean, but some hair might remain.) 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿: Please do not throw, drop, or toss your dogs into the pool, as this can traumatize and scare them. Join them in the pool to help them have a calm & fun experience. Yes, you can go in the pool with your pups! It's recommended you carry them in or walk them in, but forcing them in could create a negative experience for them. Also, keep them away from the pool walls/sides to prevent scratching, clawing, and potential damage to the pool liner. Dogs can panic and want to escape the pool resulting in damage to the inside walls. if you have questions, please reach out, we are very responsive and want your furry friends to have the best experience.
