FYI- The pool is available through September 18 as an add on under “Extras”. Fully fenced, secure and private acre of doggy heaven located on a cul de sac. Large grass yard, mulch, and wooded area on each side of the yard will keep your dog busy sniffing and exploring. The ground is cleared in the wooded areas for fun running and walks. Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The large in ground pool is uncovered and ready to swim for an additional charge (see below”Extras”). The fencing between the yard and pool is not 100% secure, just keep an eye on your pups. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for privacy. There are poop bags, a bowl of water and a basket of toys for you and your pup if you wish. Whether you want to sit in the shade or play in the sun, there are multiple seating areas. Driveway and Street parking with easy access to the spot. The pool is an additional charge and will be open through September 18th.

We have a brand new and secure black 5 ft. chain-link fence. It’s 5 feet high all the way around and our spot has quite an Incline so it’s perfect to work your pup and get your exercise in too or not! 😂 Make yourself at home please use everything down in our Sniffspot! Come relax with your pup on our 17 acre property (About 10 acre access for the pups) located just across the street from Hurd State Park in East Hampton! Our property is not fenced in so be sure to bring a long lead if your pup isn't well trained off leash. We hope you enjoy our peaceful property which includes a natural spring pond!

Hi! Welcome to our 3/4 acre fully fenced yard. Foliage provides a large amount of privacy and our spot is generally quiet, with rare sightings of neighbors and wildlife (hawks, birds, squirrels). We have a hose you can use, and a pergola with seating and chairs to relax and an outlet if needed. Our fire pit and firewood is available for safe use (please ask first). Two gates are located on either side of the house which are latched. A third gate is present along our neighbors fence which is latched and secured with a zip tie and bungee - a small gap exists. We have reactive dogs and know the struggle of finding a quiet place to enjoy. Our neighbor has a young dog that sometimes barks along the fence until they come and retrieve her. If you’d like to avoid tall grass, our yard is mowed/trimmed every other Thursday. Send us a message to determine what days it’s been mowed to enjoy a manicured yard visit. The pool is OPEN. If you plan to enjoy the pool, please be sure your dog is wearing a life jacket and supervised at all times. Do not allow them to scratch at the side of the pool - guide them to use the stairs for entry and exist. NO GLASS near the pool or in the yard. Be sure to check yourself and dogs for ticks after a visit! Continuous tick preventatives are recommended for your outdoor pets! Let us know if you have any questions. 6’ tall fully fenced area with lounge chairs for pet parents, and fresh water replenished before visit if possible. A hose is available for refilling water or other animal use. Scoop tools and disposal bucket in corner of fenced area. Please keep dogs leashed upon entering and exiting (between the garage and main house and down a set of rock steps) as there are free-range chickens on the property. A small stream is also accessible (not fenced) behind the fenced area down the hill and you are welcome to use it!
