Pull right into to our large 10 car space driveway so you & your pups are safely off the street, and use the side gate to enter Peppers Play Yard! Pepper is a friendly 5 year old female black lab, who loves play dates, if you & your dog are interested! Unless specified, Pepper will remain in the house, so you have complete privacy. Plenty of toys for the dogs and seating for the humans! There is a dog bowl with fresh water upon your arrival as well as doggie bags and trash for disposal. Please clean up after your visit, thank you!

NOTE we have had a few recent issues with folks being sent to the wrong location while using Apple Maps. If you are having trouble locating us we suggest using Waze or Google Maps as an alternative. The driveway is well marked with Sniffspot signs. Fully fenced, lightly wooded yard, about an acre. Paths around perimeter and throughout. Barn with kennels in case you need to separate dogs or get in out of the weather. Plenty of shade. The property contains many boulders, tree stumps, logs and leaves for your dog to explore, and lots of room to run. Please wear sturdy shoes or boots and watch your step. There may be roots, rocks, holes or the occasional poop hiding under the leaves. Several of our guests have seen deer on the path to the SniffSpot gate. We strongly recommend keeping your dogs leashed until you are safely inside the fenced area.

This is my private home. You may park in the driveway. Please keep your dog on a leash until in enclosed area. Please respect privacy and neighbors, do not allow dogs to bark excessively. The area is grass with tree cover. Totally fenced in with stockade fencing except for the gate. There is some agility equipment please stay off equipment unless arrangements have been made to use the equipment. Do not allow dogs to fence chase the chickens or the goats.

The park is fully fenced and has specific rules and regulations in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all users. The off-leash area is only for dogs and their handlers, with no other animals or children under 16 allowed. All dogs must be licensed, vaccinated, and on a regular leash when entering and leaving the area. Handlers are responsible for waste disposal and the behavior of their dogs. I have two separate spots one in the back and one in the side and front area. They’re both fenced separately (with a connector gate) so there are two different areas dogs can enjoy and play in. There’s lots of room to run. There’s lots of room to play fetch or catch there’s tables and chairs available. There’s dog water available. Bottle water upon request for humans, in door restroom if needed. Trash can available for trash or waste disposal.
