*** Happy 2025!! *** How did we get through January so fast!? This year marks the 3rd year I have been open and it has been such an amazing experience. I have loved seeing every one of the dogs and meeting all of you owners! I was able to add a few improvements this year which I hoped helped in the areas it was needed. I still have a long list to fulfill and as always, I am open to suggestions, what is needed, what is not needed! We added more granite to safely pull all the way in and park. The greenhouse is such a fun idea although suffered some damage during the first storm after getting it up. I do have the parts to repair it, bring on the garden season! I am trying to come up with shaded areas in the far far back pasture. That may take more planning and time. But it is on the list. I think the main project when weather allows will be getting some pipes in to add in a hot/cold bathing area. When we can trench more, my husband is going to move some electrical. That will allow me to put a nice little fridge in the barn for a coffee/hot chocolate bar! If my newly acquired hens (not on this property but next door) will cooperate, I will be putting eggs out there when I have extra available to sell. And fencing .. always fencing! Dog park or not that is just a never-ending issue on the farm. We also dug the small pond a little deeper and boy howdy is the water flowing right now! Again, I am always open to and appreciate feedback. Thank you ALL for making such a great thing even better by your participation and enjoying the space that we feel blessed to be able to offer. ** Remember, if the calendar is closed, you are welcome to send me a message. I may only need to quickly move the horses back for your visit ** * Just a reminder that it is always flea and tick season. We do not treat the pastures with any spray so be mindful about using whatever treatment your vet recommends.

Perfect acreage to let your dogs roam, romp and run. We were met by Kerri and she gave us an overview of her spread, then it was a wonderful time of exploration of the property. The neighbours horses gave us a show galloping, bucking and being very active, the alpacas eyed the dogs calmly as did the cows. The dogs had a great time and so did we!

Logan always has a absolute blast here, and he loves it when it's as splashy as it is right now. The host is a wonderful human, and it's so nice to get out of town for an hour or so and laugh at this absolute fool of a dog.

The kids had a blast! I did have to bathe my pups when we were done, they rolled in every puddle they found and were a muddy mess! But it's winter time and it was worth it!

Today was our first visit and I already can’t wait to bring the dogs back. There is so much space for the dogs to roam and play. It’s so nice that there are toys, treats etc for the pups to use. The mini library for humans is also a bonus :)

This had to be one of their favorite romps! Gorgeous day, plenty of puddles and green grass still. Shasta ran her little legs off exploring both pastures. Remy makes it his mission to get as filthy as possible. Tired and happy pups!

Wonderful time with our pups, Annie & Cisco, at Penny Acres. The pastures are green & perfect for chasing balls—they’re favorite game. So nice to see the many improvements Kerri has made to her Spot since we first visited—about 2 years ago. There’s a glider swing to enjoy while watching your dogs—and it will soon be shaded by the lovely old willow tree, just starting to leaf out. We’ll bring a picnic next time (which will be sooner than 2 yrs from now!) and sit at the table Kerri has arranged next to the glider. There’s a fun pond for the pups to cool off in. And be sure to stop for a moment & just gaze at the surrounding green hills, meadows & pastures. A lovely Spot with lots & lots of room to run & chase & sniff!

This is a beautiful Sniffspot. The host is welcoming and shows you all the ins and outs and potential hazards. It is several great big fields. The dogs can just move out and run. she has all the amenities places to sit, dog toys and most importantly, a porta potty. This might be my best favorite Sniffspot at this time.

What a great place to get some exercise and let my dog run! There are balls and poop bags and plenty of water and benches for a rest. I will definitely return!! Kerri was lovely and showed me where things were and the best perk is there was a potty stop for me too! I really enjoyed being there.

Perfect spot for letting the dogs run & chase their balls! Nice shade beneath old willow tree for rest breaks. The owner has planted more trees in key places, so the pastures will be shaded, too, in the future.

The best place for a flat out, running like crazy visit for my 70lb Shepherd/Greyhound. The wash rack is a huge plus when he decides he'd like to wallow in the mud. Thanks again for this wonderful opportunity to borrow your acreage!
