This is a hobby farm that is not child proofed or baby proofed and people tend to not pay as close attention to children and they wander, it’s a big safety concern for me. There are some exceptions to this TBD case by case, message me for details. Private off road parking for 1-10 vehicles. The pole barn is NOT included in the rental, only the yard. I have a water bowl & spigot available at walk gate, please use all you’d like. You & your pup are welcome to play with random toys laying around, enjoy but please leave them on site. I do live on the property and occasionally will need to come in or out of my barn, I will communicate with you as best I can. Please advise if you have a reactive dog. Pastures are mowed every week, in the summer the grass grows fast; you may experience longer tasseled grass or short depending on the the day.
