Our property (Fallen Acres) is a old tree farm, we have 6 acres of land, it is wooded with trails through the wooded areas. We also have Pipe Creek that runs through our land so you can cross when water is low to other side of land and also play in the water. 3.5 acres on a hill and lower pasture to just SNIFFF SNIFFF AND RUN. ________________________________ A perfect spot for professional trainers, police and military to train based on terrain, creek , for search and recovery or as a pack training . we have natural borders and are tucked 1000 ft into the woods, nobody can see our house or land. We are located across from the township park , which hosts baseball games, a shelter for events, and walking trail. Our house where you park has capacity for 8 vehicles, we have outdoor acres where we places sun chairs, cut in trails into woods, natural obstacles for training and also have a fire pit. We are planning on adding 2 more fire pits on the land for those who rent to camp the weekend with the babies, RV hookup available ; vacation with your furry family; priced per event or overnight visit, please email us also for any pack plays and walks. We also rent for training to certified instructors of K9 -police, DEA, military/sheriff officers along with private service trainers, For example 'Search and Rescue', Retrieve..etc. Email: moonandbacksandusky@gmail.com. Plus when weather is warmer and outside bath area . There are many species of wild life on the land, from fish, coyote at night, mostly deer, beavers, raccoons, and ground hogs...etc. We have fencing on our west and South wooded areas which have a natural wooded border. Plus adding fun in the water , toys and more fun events. Bring the family great areas to picnic. Enjoy a fully fenced 2-acre yard with plenty of scents from visiting wildlife. Horses and chickens will be joining us in Spring 2026. Important Notes * This is our personal home and an active farm (est. 1801), not a commercial dog park. I host for the joy of sharing our space and to help with the costs of maintaining the property. * Please be respectful and patient—we’ll extend the same kindness to you. * the highway is next to our property so during peak travel hours, might provide some white/background noise but is not horrible. 🚗 At times, we may need to arrive/leave through the front yard during your booking but we will never enter the fenced sniff spot. 🐶 Our own dogs may bark if you’re near the house or camper, and we may be visible through our windows. 🌍 Property is pesticide-free and fertilizer-free. However, we spray for ticks in spring/summer and mow frequently to keep grass short. 🌧️ After heavy rain, a temporary pond may form in the back of the yard. Be prepared for mud! 🏠 Rain shelter available upon request. Guest Rules * Limit: 2 humans per 1 dog. If you have more guests, please purchase the “Extra Guest” add-on when booking. * Please clean up after your visit. * Please arrive/exit the property on time during your scheduled booking.
