Please come let your pups run around in our large Lakeside yard! Our 3 pups (sometimes 4 if we have a foster) love all the open space, so we hope yours will too. We will try to always leave a towel and some little treats up on the deck, so you’re more than welcome to help yourself to anything up there! There should be a bucket of toys, poop baggies in a ziploc bag that are likely inside of the weatherproof tub by the deck stairs, a pooper scooper and a hose etc, so please feel free to use any of it as needed.

Enjoy our secluded dog pasture located on a dead end in Beaverdam. As you enter the gravel driveway, you will see designated parking alongside a shaded shed. Just a short walk away is the entrance to a fully fenced doggie pasture. In warmer months, the (4) chairs and a table will have an umbrella available for some shade. We also will have a shade sail for the pups use as well as a garden hose and drinking bowl (for the dogs only preferred). There are covered dog shelters so your pooch can have some shade. Doo doo bags, a scooper and trash can are nearby for cleaning up. The area is far removed from the street We are easily reached should you have any issues at all and the area has security cameras for safety. We do not have any outside pets that will interfere with your visit. A burn barrel and wood is available for visits in the cooler months. Welcome to this hidden rural getaway for you and your Furbaby! There are 10 acres of land that can be explored including woods and most popular a pond to cool off or splash around in during the hot summer months. An abundance of wildlife live in the woods so don’t be surprised by a random deer, rabbits, raccoons and such. With rural areas also comes briars, thorns, uneven ground, mole tunnels, and of course, ticks and mosquitoes the further you venture. So come prepared! There are ammenties available to reserve as well if you'd also like to enjoy the water along with your Pup as they will love exploring as should you! If they have a special affinity for water play, you would like to slowly introduce them to water or to just enjoy a splash on the banks privately they will absolutely have a blast! ** This is the country so while the land is wonderful to explore it does have vacant and undeveloped areas. You will encounter nature especially in the spring and summer. Depending on how far from the house and immediate pond area you venture, there are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please keep in mind when booking your comfort level being used to the outdoors and being adventurous!

Our yard is around .25 acres and fully fenced with a 6ft privacy fence. Only 5 minutes from downtown! We do have a deck (perfect for throwing that ball!) and a patio. The Burton Family Farm is a family-owned, 49-acre farm. It’s open, clear land, with a 3 acre pond, a beautiful spot in Holly Corner. Someone is at home, on the property, 24 hours a day. Easy to get to, we are located right off route 17 & 5 miles from 95, right behind Stafford Lakes. My family has lived in Holly Corner since the 1800s, it is safe and quiet. Come enjoy the fresh air, beautiful view, relaxing farm with your dog or dogs! We are a different type of a working farm, as we provide storage and camping on the property and we also grow hay. Fredericksburg Dog Park at Kenmore Park is a fully fenced enclosure located at 1438 Kenmore Ave in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Only dogs with City of Fredericksburg registration, current rabies vaccination tags, and up to date vaccinations are allowed. The park is limited to 20 canines at a time and has strict rules in place, such as no puppies under four months old, no female dogs in heat, and leashing dogs when entering or exiting the park. Handlers are responsible for controlling their dogs, disposing of waste, and correcting any damage done. The park has amenities like a swimming pool and is open daily, closed dusk to dawn, all year long. Walk through gate. Go any firection from there. But... For most direct trail to creek walk to end of riding arena. On far side of arena there is a double gate. Trail is just past this gate. Follow this trail into woods. Creek is at bottom of hill. Once at creek multiple trails intersect near creek. There is also a trail on other side of creek that will weave back around. Trails are somewhat rugged. Watch for fallen debris from trees, ruts in ground caused by flooding, exposed roots are trip hazards. Watch your step.

Our yard has sunny areas, as well as plenty of trees providing natural shade and much needed coolness during those hot humid summer days.  A natural wooded yard that borders a county park on one side, with a 7ft wooden privacy fence all the way around the property, the front and neighbor side sections are double sided, so a perfect solution for reactive pups and a side entry gate.  Completely pesticide/herbicide/fertilizer free yard!  Our ground cover is soft playground wood chips, soft for all pup paws, specifically designed to be comfortable for all kinds of furbabies!  The playground chips are a natural tick repellent. We are open during rainy weather too for those of you with rain loving pups!  The overhangs, patio umbrella and tree coverage keep paw parents dry too!  Added bonuses, the chips dry quickly, there's no mud or slippery grass.  You can also enjoy a deck with a patio table, cushioned chairs, lawn chair seating and a hammock!  We also provide poop bags, doggie wipes and towels, extra dog water bowls, kiddie pools and outdoor spigot with hose for water bowl refills or hose play in the warmer months, elevated feeders for the pups who cannot bend down very well to drink and a few refreshments for humans too! Endless amounts of smells and sniffing opportunities from all the local wildlife that frequent our yard.  Good space for running, playing chase, frisbee, tennis ball, chuck it, for the energetic pups, and plenty of space for meandering, or just lounging around under the shade or in sun spots for the more mature pups!  The public park next to us has several wooded trails, so if your pup has any energy left, it is a nice park to walk. **Our priority is opening up our space for your furbabies to enjoy to their heart's content. If you need to bring your human children too, please make sure they are well behaved, respectful of our property and possessions, and under your mature supervision at all times! Smoking, vaping, alcohol and glass containers are NOT permitted at our spot.
