Long dog run area for throwing a ball, dry grassy area for running and play; trees to sniff. Perfect for small or large dogs. Sprinkler to play in. The entrance is on the east side of our property, not via our house/garage. You can park on the street, or in front of the large brown gate, then open and close the gate behind you. You can also drive right into the yard, if that's easier. We have 2 dogs on the property but they will not be allowed in the reserved area. They are in a separate area that is fenced and they are not visible. NOTE: Failure to pick up after your dog, may result in a ban from using our spot. It’s approximately a 1/2 mile long from the old green shop parking area to the end of the big top pasture. The very large grass pasture at the top of the hill is edged with wild brush (and a very old 4 foot page wire fence) is all on the outside perimeter, the only open spot is the 2 front gates. But recall is good to have as I don’t completely trust fences as I’ve seen some pretty good escape artists get over much higher wooden fences. There are 2 smaller pastures at the bottom of the hill before the bush areas as well, and one side has a little bit of a pond/standing water on it. You could also see some wildlife on your walk. We hope you will consider us for your dogs exercise needs, and are looking forward to having you explore our private ranch pasture. 🐾 🐾

Park #2 gate is on the right hand side with its own Park# 2 sign. Pull up, open gate, drive in and close securely behind you before letting out your dogs. Fully fenced 3.5 acre private dog park. There is a small gap (8"at the most) under the entrance gate. This park is more rustic and best for MEDIUM SIZED and up dogs. There is a large field and forest paths to explore and a massive dirt pile for digging/climbing! Grass is not mowed often here so grass is longer. Please dress appropriately for the weather and terrain. Public gravel road does border the park on one side so please be careful of vehicles/traffic. Sheep and cattle will often be visible from spot as well along the west sides. Fence can be difficult to see at a distance so ensure your dog(s) know the boundaries. No children under 16 please. Max 2 people per dog and 2 vehicles per visit.

Bring a friend or two! for a playdate however these will be private time bookings unless otherwise stated, so if you have concerns about how your dog interacts know that this time is all for you! Located 10 minutes south of Leduc or 20 minutes from south common just off highway 2 easy access, we share our facility with Mystic Meadows Equine Centre, their sign is at the end of the driveway. There is no bathroom available please plan accordingly. Due to sniffspots policy regarding bookings running a full hour we will be offering a limited number of spots. Speed limit in the driveway is SLOW, in case we have an escaped dog, cat or other. If your late, just be late please. Please take a few minutes to toilet your dog outside! While it is a sand base it is not meant to be used as a bathroom for the dogs. If they mark on the walls please spray the marking with the spray provided. If they pee on the sand please mess it up with your foot so there isnt one large pee spot that could freeze and damage the base for the horses. Poop must be picked up and disposed of! Kicking sand over it is not acceptable. We check the space often and we find it by smell. Those who do not pick up after their dogs go on the naughty list!. Should you find a mess left by the previous guest we appreciate a message indicating such so we can address. Please leash your dogs prior to exit at the 50 min mark to allow no crossover times for everyone's safety at your vehicles so next vehicle can come and park prior to their booked time. Please No smoking or vaping on the property. Feel free to message prior to booking however we can't always respond immediately ! We look forward to seeing you playing with your dogs in the giant sandbox.

Winter: - We snowplow trails for ease of accessing and walking through the park. Spring/Summer we offer: - A kiddie pool so your pups can cool down! There is a fence around the kiddie pool in case you decide you'd like to keep your pups' paws dry. - We maintain the grass at a reasonably short level. - Drinking water for the pups and a bowl. - Sunscreen and bug spray. Please note: The fencing is 4 feet high at its lowest point, with wire fencing suitable for most dogs! Very small dogs may be able to sneak through the wire. The park is in a country neighbourhood where there are other animals, such as dogs, horses or cats, that may be seen or heard from the park. Our park is connected to a farm so wildlife is part of the adventure!

Our place is fenced for livestock with gently rolling hills, meadows, trails, trees, with paths littered throughout our 160 acres. With the current snow conditions there are some paths that have been semi cleared for easier walking. A detailed map of trails and current cross fencing will be provided once you have booked. There is ample space to park and an area set up with amenities and information when you pull into our driveway. I have my Canine First Aid and am a Canine Bodyworker with extensive dog knowledge.
