I do think some additional instructions, or signage on the property, would be helpful as I did feel a bit like I was creeping around somebody’s home on arrival, but the host was super friendly when I reached out. He confirmed I was heading the correct direction and provided some helpful info about the trails. Unfortunately, we did have to leave early as my boy ran off into the woods and got caught up in some nasty thorns. As I said before, the trail is very well maintained, but I would advise keeping an eye on your dogs if they go off path! Plenty of ticks and deer flies too, but that’s typical for Maine this time of year. Overall I’d say this is an awesome way for dogs to get their exercise with plenty of places to explore!Carter S.
