55Heaven on earth for our dogs. We are so thankful to be able to bring the dogs to this beautiful place. We have been coming here for well over a year and I feel lucky that we can. Our dogs absolutely love it and definitely know when it is time to go there. We love it as much as they do. It's a get away in the country but close to the big city. Not too many places are so big and have it all: woods, pasture, wildlife, big trails , and a big body of water to swim in. We are so thankful to have this place to go to. Michael D.

55I agree with whomever stated that this is the best spot in North Texas; at least for my pups and me. With an older girl who is more of a meandering hiker, wade in the water sort these days and a young dude that needs to run and run and run some more, Denise's spot is perfect for both. It's so worth the drive (an hour each way for us) plus I often stop at a little feed shop on the way back to 820 for some special pup treats for the pantry 🐾😎. 55Best sniff spot ever! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! It has chairs, dog water, water bottles, suscreen, and treats available. We didnt have any problems with the partial fence. The one thing to note is that there were some prickly pear and brair thorns, which wasnt an issue for us but might be if your dog isnt careful. 55This is one of the couple of sniff spots that I’ve tried around me and this is our favorite one. There is PLENTY of space for the dogs to run around and we live to take advantage of the trees by playing hide and seek with the dogs and they love it.Crystal H. 55I had to move our visit because it was muddy and Denise was very accommodating! The place was amazing, and my 3 big dogs had a great time! My 2 dogs who don't like water immediately jumped into the pond and played with our GSD. The are was well kept and the perfect location for dogs to be dogs. We will definitely be back!Jennifer V. 55My dogs had a blast here! From the multiple trails, to the wildflower field, to the pond. They loved exploring and running around. 55We absolutely loved it here! I brought along my camera, and did a little doggo birthday shoot… The paths are intentional, and easy to find. It’s quiet and exactly what our doggos needed! 55Amazing property for the dog to run free! Plenty of trails, pretty flowers, and the owner left bug spray and sunscreen out which was very appreciated! 55Great piece of property for the dogs to be able run off leash and explore, sniff without us having to worry about other people or dogs. And I knew our boy would love that there was a place to take a little swim to cool off. Lots well cleared and defined paths to walk.
