My backyard has been a place of joy for me for the decade that I've lived here, and I hope it will be for you and your dog as well! While it may not be as fancy as some pricier homes with large yards and pools and other bells and whistles, it is well kept and loved by me and my family, and has been a great place to play and enjoy for my own late dog, and all the dogs that I have cared for over the years. There is plenty of room for 2 or 3 dogs to run and to play together, provided, of course, that the dogs are not aggressive and have received at least the basic vaccines. However- If you do happen to own a dog that doesn't get along so well with others, or has not had the normal required vaccinations, we certainly won't turn you away - in fact, that is one of the perks of a private dog area! We would just ask you to book a private time slot. Dogs with socialization or aggression problems need fun and exercise, too, and a private, safe, fenced area is an excellent alternative to a crowded public dog park :) And although I take pride in my home and land, i am not so hung up on appearances that some shuffled or torn grass will upset me, so by all means let the dogs wrestle and play! To the back right of the house is our old garden that is now just a bare bed of soft dirt- perfect for digging! I've supplied the amenities that I think you would need - Wipes to clean up dirty paws, a hose for cleaning dirty pooches, plenty of sturdy dog toys, poop bags and trash cans, and a sitting area for people. I'm hoping to soon ad and awning or umbrella for shade (although, don't worry, you'll never be stuck in full sun, the side of the house is nearly always shady and cool) I hope that you and your pooch(es) will enjoy our yard and play area as much as we have over the years! Dogs (animals in general, really) truly are my passion and have been my life's work for virtually my entire adult life. I am a certified veterinary technician, so I take your pets well being and safety very seriously. I have also been pet sitting, mostly in my own home, for years, and even have quite a few dog supplies for sale if anyone is interested. And while I cannot confirm I will be there EVERY time, if I am there and some sort of issue or emergency happens, I am well prepared to deal with it. I am also fastidious about cleanliness, so all toys, bowls, beds, etc will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each visit. I think - I hope! - that this can be a great opportunity for a Baltimore dog and owner that perhaps live in an apartment to be able to run and play in a safe, quiet environment that is much closer to home than driving to the county or to a busy, dirty, perhaps a bit dangerous larger dog park. A lovely green yard great for running, games of fetch, or reinforcing training in a new place! Your dog will have plenty of interesting smells from the deer and foxes that cross the yard in the night, and plenty of space to burn energy and get tuckered out. Please clean up after your pet and close the gate securely when you leave.

DOG PARK RULES • All fenced-dog-runs and off-leash-areas are for dogs, their owners/handlers and those accompanying them. No animals other than dogs are allowed in the area. • Children under eight (8) years are not permitted inside fenced-dog-runs or off-leash-areas. Children age 9-15 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. Dog Handler must be 16 years of age or older. • Owners and dog handlers are limited to a maximum of three (3) dogs. Professional dog trainers and groomers shall not use the fenced-dog-runs or off-leash-areas to conduct their business. • Puppies under the age of four (4) months will not be allowed to use fenced-dog-runs or the off-leash-areas. All dogs over the age of nine (9) months must be neutered or spayed. Dogs that are ill or known to carry untreated parasites will not be permitted with in the fenced-dogruns or the off-leash-areas. • Dogs must wear a proper fitting collar or harness displaying their identification tag, Baltimore City “off-leash” registration tag, and rabies tag while in the fenced-dog-run or offleash-area. Pinch collars, spike collars or slip collars that could cause injury to another dog during play are not permitted. Owners/Handlers must have possession of a dog leash at all times. • Dogs must be under the control of their owners/handlers and in view of their owners/handlers at all times. Leaving dogs unattended is prohibited. • Owners/Handlers must clean up after their dogs with plastic bags and dispose of dog waste in covered trash cans. • Food and drinks in glass containers are not permitted in the Fenced Dog Run or Off-leash area. Treats for dog training are not permitted. • All dogs must be on a leash, eight (8’) feet or less when entering or leaving the fenced-dogrun or off-leash-area. Any dog found “off-leash” outside of an established fenced-dog-run or off-leash-area will be subject to Baltimore City Leash Laws and associated fines. • Dogs must be leashed and removed from any fenced-dog-run or off-leash-area at the first sign of aggression. Dogs with a record of aggressive behavior on file with the Baltimore City “Dangerous Dog Hearing Board” will not be allowed to register for use of fenced-dog-runs or off-leash-areas. • Owners/Handlers are legally responsible for their dogs and any injuries caused by their dogs. Owners/Handlers use the fenced-dog-runs or off-leash-areas at their own risk. • Any bites to humans must be reported by the injured person to the Department of Health and Animal Control (311) within 24 hours in accordance with communicable disease laws. • In case of a special event or emergency, the Director shall post a notice of a planned closing at each entrance, stating the reasons for closure.

Dog Park Rules The Canton Dog Park is open and free for all dog owners to use, but we request that all users treat the space, other dogs, and other humans with respect. While there is no fee or registration required for this park to be used, we recommend that all dog owners register their dogs with the city and acquire a pet license.

Rules for Dogs • Aggressive behavior If we observe aggressive behavior, we reserve the right to: · Reposition the dog within the park · Placed in time-out · Ask you and your dog to leave the premises • Dog fights If dog fights occur, each owner should grab their respective dog by the nape and pull them away from the other dog(s) involved and reposition them until they calm down. Please note, no method is perfect and the risks are still present. • No bullies Dogs inherently play “rough.” However, rough play is not accepted if the one or more of the dogs aren't comfortable with the situation. If a dog is deemed to “bully” another dog, the owner will be asked to place their dog in “time-out.” Mounting is also discouraged. • Dogs must be on leash when exiting the Dog Park. Rules for People • Bark Social is non-smoking both inside and out. Second-hand smoke and cigarette butts are hazardous to dogs. • No outside food, outside drinks, glass containers, dog toys, or treats are permitted. We do encourage bringing your own empty coffee mug or water bottle (free filtered water provided)! • While Bark Rangers are present to watch the dogs and pick up waste, we ask that you pick up after your dog if a Bark Ranger is occupied in another section of the park. • At no point can you leave the property without your dog. This may result in revocation of membership. • Although Bark Rangers are available in the park to help supervise your dog, they are not intended to be the sole monitor. Make sure you are checking on your dog(s) periodically if you are not in the yard. • All children must be under strict adult supervision at all times. Children may not climb on play equipment, run in the park, or tease/taunt dogs. All children under the age of 21 must exit the premises at or before 8pm. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. Anyone under the age of 21 must be under strict adult supervision at all times. Maximum of 2 \"dependents\" total - 1 kid and 1 dog, 2 dogs and no kids, or 2 kids and no dogs. • Members must either retain possession of their leashes or utilize leash racks. Bark Social is not responsible for lost leashes; however we will do what we can to help you find them. • Members are responsible to ensure their dog(s) do not dig holes or cause other damage to park plants or property. If digging ensues after actions are taken to stop the activity, the dog may need to be fully supervised by the owner. • Bark Social management staff has the right to refuse service to any guest for any reason. • Please open only one gate at a time, and be careful not to allow other dogs to enter or exit with you. • If a human guest is intoxicated and unable to walk (with a dog) in a straight line, they will be sent home in a taxi or Uber. • Bark Social is not responsible for any injury, illness, or damage caused on our premises, and all human guests must be responsible for their dogs. If your dog causes any damage to a person or property by nipping, biting, or otherwise, you are responsible! • Failure to comply with the above Rules and Regulations could result in revocation of membership. • Remember that these rules are in place to help everyone have as much fun as possible! Rules for Entry • All dogs must have a single day pass, monthly or annual membership to be allowed on the premises • All dogs must be at least four months of age. • All dogs must be current on vaccinations. Please upload vaccination records online via the Membership Portal prior to arrival. We require current Rabies and Distemper (DHPP, DHLPP, DA2PP) vaccinations. In our Alexandria location we also require the Bordetella vaccine. Dogs with contagious health conditions are not permitted in the park. All dogs must be flea and tick free. • All dogs over a year old must be spayed or neutered. No exceptions. No dogs in heat. • All dogs must be off-leash at all times in the park. • Two dogs maximum per person. • Only flat-buckle collars or harnesses should be worn by dogs. Prong, pinch, choke, chain, and electric collars are not allowed in the park. • Dogs are only allowed in with the primary and secondary owners listed on your profile. We will check IDs at the door. Absolutely no dog services allowed to bring your pup in: dog walkers, dog trainers, dog sitters, etc. • Only legal owners can bring their dogs in. If you are looking to bring in a foster dog, please email info@barksocial.com to see if your rescue is a Bark Social partner. If not, you will not be allowed to bring in your foster dog until your foster is a registered partner. • By entering the yard, you permit Bark Social staff (Bark Rangers) to handle your dog and break up any fights that may ensue.

Paw Point Rules and Regulations • All dogs must be fully licensed and fully immunized with tags on theircollars. You may only register dogs that YOU own and have licensed in the jurisdiction that you reside. • YOU may not hold the gate open or give the gate code to anyone, doing so will result in immediate termination of membership. • While in Paw Point, your membership tag must be displayed at all times. • NO CHILDREN under the AGE OF 12 are allowed at Paw Point since small children are vulnerable and can be seriously injured. An adult must accompany all children between the ages of 12-18. ABSOLUTELY NO RUNNING. Admitting children under the age of 12 will result in immediate termination of membership. • Clean up and dispose of feces left by your dog. Bags and receptacles are provided at PawPoint. • Owners/Handlers are legally and financially responsible for any injuries caused by their dog(s) and use Paw Point at their OWN RISK. Owners/Handlers are responsible for judging their own dog’s ability to swim and/or to enter or exit the water access area. • Aggressive dogs are not allowed. Dogs showing aggression towards people or other dogs must be removed from the Dog Park immediately. • Maximum of 2 dogs per owner/handler. • Dogs may NEVER be left unattended, under any circumstances. Accompany and supervise your dog at all times, including quick access to placing your dog back on its non-retractable leash. Your dog must be in visual and voice command control at all times. • Owners/Handlers must stop dogs from digging and immediately fillholes. Hand tools and buckets are located in the common area bin. • As dogs and handlers enter Paw Point, please do not congregate at the entrance.This is intimidating, and such pack behavior can create tension and spark conflict. • Excessive barking is prohibited. Dogs barking continuously or uncontrollably must be removed from PawPoint immediately. • Paw Point is for dogs, their owners or handlers and others accompanying them. No other use isallowed. • No sick dogs or those with fleas, ticks, worms or other parasites are allowed. Disease spreads rapidlyand jeopardizes the health of all dogs. • Do not bring puppies younger than 4 months old to Paw Point. • No Dogs in heat are allowed. • Professional dog trainers and/or groomers are not permitted to conduct their business at PawPoint. • Alcohol, smoking, vaping, human food and glass containers are strictly prohibited at PawPoint. • Bones, rawhides or squeaky toys are prohibited since they can trigger aggression. Frisbees, balls and small training treats are acceptable. • Prong, spike, or choke collars and retractable leashes are prohibited. These can cause injury or death during play. • Dogs must be on-leash when entering and exiting the park. • Be courteous and respectful.

There is a patio furniture set and outdoor dining table with an umbrella and wood fire pit available for use. Indoor restrooms are available upon request. Outdoor hose is also available with the ability to bathe on a concrete pad with towels upon request. Toys are provider for both dogs and children of various ages.

Ivy 's sniff and play spot accommodate all dogs, come out, and enjoy the scenery, toys, and water sprinkler. Dog owners welcome complimentary snacks and water for my fury friends' special treats as well.
