Yard is still intact, QUIET, CLEAN, crunchy leaves for my puppo to get some aural and tactile stimulation, excellent shade and breezes (okay, this is sort of the weather, but the shade trees and how the cross breezes move have everything to do with the yard!), varied and interested obstacles to keep our dog interested (patio, shed, shrubby area near the far fence, fire pit), nice chairs to hang out in, easy on-street parking in a very quiet, quaint, safe neighborhood.
