The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. If you would like to meet or have my pups introduced to yours so they can play and entertain each other please just message me and request. I don’t want to assume.

Things to consider: I do have a burn pile on the property (trying to clear as I just moved in), my dogs avoid it but want to be transparent! Fencing isn’t super tall, so if you know your dog likes to jump fences please keep this in mind.

My yard is it in a residential area with a homeowners association approval you will love my yard. Cannot do this without homeowners association approval! I do not have homeowners insurance, so any damage to the humans or the dogs is on you people! My driveway and the street is only place for people to park and it’s a limited time! Parking in the street is against the law here but the homeowners association allows it for a short period of time.

Autumn's Dog Park is a private dog park that is a part of the Sniffspot community. We are conveniently located near the Wiregrass Mall in Wesley Chapel in a safe gated community called Wrencrest. Autumn's Dog Park is better than a community dog park because you have the privacy of playing and relaxing in your own private park without the worry of your dog getting hurt. It's like playing in your own backyard. We have shaded seating areas. A screened in lanai. There are dog bowls to give your fur baby water. A small doggy pool and hose to cool off. We have dog toys and treats. Come check us out and stay for an hour or two.

Gate over driveway, if closed, can be opened manually. If already opened, just drive through and close it behind you to secure the space for your dog to enjoy his run. When you leave, please close the gate. 2. Please don't enter the vinyl fence areas directly in the front and back of the house. 3. Poultry in my backyard - I have a few ducks and chickens behind my vinyl fenced backyard which is not part of the sniffspot, but can be seen. The ducks quack sometimes. The chickens cluck. 4. Also, please try not to be too close to the fence lines as there are shallow holes from dug up Vibernum bushes that used to grow in front of the fence. 5. For dog waste, I usually have a dog waste collection bag (an empty dog food bag) by the trash can area in next to the garage. Please deposit your dog waste bags in here. If you don't see one, please feel free to leave the bags on the concrete pad by the trash can area or in the black trash can behind the small white fence. Please don’t put them in the large gray compost bin by the field fence next to the viburnum hedge. Thank you! 6. If you need water for your dog(s), there is a faucet by the back building. 7. I recommend wearing waterproof boots as grass can be wet from morning dews. 8. You might want to bring some mosquito repellant as there can be mosquitoes in the yard. 9. After heavy rain, the back part of the property and the right corner in the back area will have puddles and grounds can be muddy. If you want to avoid these spots, try to stay in the front part of the property on the right side when facing the house. The left side next to the mound can also gather some water puddles. This beautiful home is located in the exclusive family neighborhood, Oxford Oaks. It is fully fenced and during the hot summers I put out a kiddie pool or I can run the sprinkler! I will have water bowls for your pups, chairs, bug spray, dog sunscreen, dog treats and lots of toys for pups! 🐶 I will have the fence unlocked for you when you come, and you can just go straight back on the (*when looking at the house) left side of the house. Please be very conscientious when closing the gate you need to slightly lift the fence gate with your foot from the bottom to get it back in to the latch. Please don’t just try to slam it in. I will most likely just be inside so you can always text me if you need me to come help! Please remember to pick up after your pup!!

We built our house not too long ago. Our dogs love the backyard, and I hope your dogs love it as much. They can run up and down the stairs if they want. I have the blinds closed upstairs when Sniff Spot is in session. You can also park along the sidewalk that leads to the gate. I have toys and fresh water. and water bottles in a cooler for the parents. I provide wipes and hand sanitizer as well. Lastly, some relaxing music with some comfy chairs........ We did get flooded on the first floor due to the hurricane, so we are getting back to being done, outside some minor construction work.

Welcome! We offer an 80% shaded, fully fenced area on a gated property in rural Clermont. We have an automatic watering system with two drinking bowls and a dog activated sprinkler. When you tire of throwing tennis balls, get out of the heat in our outdoor Living Room. This covered spot has seating for four people. We also have a hammock and several swings. Bring quarters to feed our goats a snack. Use the provided stainless steel bowl to collect goat treats from the machine. Please note: This is a farm. Our goats are safely contained in another pasture and will not be near your dog(s). While here, you may see chickens, turkeys, cows, tortoises, hawks, barn cats, and more. A few things have been rearranged and the play set is currently out of order, but other than that, you still have great shade all day and plenty of space for your baby(ies) to run and explore. Dig in the pool to release for tons of excitement and to release some energy. We offer a few extras such as lemonade and a grill to add to the vibe. Either way, there is something for your dog to do. We also have plenty of shade and seating for you. The hammock is available upon request. We have amazing shade all day. Early mornings are beautiful and the evenings are quiet. Hope my spot gives your doggo plenty to sniff 😊 Parking arrangements: Please pull right into the driveway. I do ask that you keep your vehicles off of the concrete area in front of the fence right next to the house. If the driveway is not available, pull into the front yard parallel to the road.
