The property is just over 8 acres and fully fenced with barb wire cattle fencing. The portion of the property around the house has more secure wire mesh fencing! We have lots of seating available, we just ask you don't come onto the porch for our dog's sake (: The property has meadows, trees, walking trails, and a pond for you and your pup to enjoy! Acres upon acres of land to run your pups ragged! Very close to town; situated inside, but not part of the new Shady Creek Estates. We have a large field with some trees and trails galore, a creek, and plenty of wooded trails past the creek. There's sitting areas along the way and tons of sights and smells for the doggies to enjoy!

I have ducks and chickens that do not free range for goats and a pony present at all times 

We are a working farm and sanctuary. We have guest critters that come and go, we also have a few permanent residence. Please respect the property and the surroundings. Make yourself at home with your doggies and humans while you are here. Enjoy the hammocks, picnic tables, chairs, the creek and enjoy the trails as well. Please be courteous and pick up after yourself and your pets as well. We hope you enjoy your time here along with your fur babies and hope you’ll come back and see us again soon. Parking Only signs are posted. Please do not enter any of the buildings on the property and no matter what the critters tell you they are not allowed to get out of their safe zones while visitors are on our property. Please do not feed the critters anything other than what is provided specifically for that critter. This is a working sanctuary with guest changes all the time, also be aware that this is the “country”, you may encounter wildlife and insects from time to time. Be careful while exploring. There are no human restrooms available on the property.

There are trees lining the fence and a small wet weather pond. Mostly open yard area for running and sniffing! Ideal for bigger and non reactive dogs. Outside kitchen can be used to rinse off in sink or grab a cold water from mini fridge. Poop bags, towels, and dog treats provided for your convenience. There is also a water hose and towels provided to rinse off dogs if they get too dirty.

Tons of trees and open space to run and explore. Occasionally some wildlife such as squirrels, armadillos, turtles, etc. Two tanks depending on rain levels and season. Cats and chickens roam property as well.
