We talked for a few, which was really nice and then he left us to explore the yard. My dog Hank had such a blast. We had just come from a lengthy and very physical training session, so this was the perfect wind down spot for us to stop at while heading back towards a Cape.

They even put in 10k steps just running around the coop 😂. Dave’s dogs were also outside in another gated part of the yard. Our dogs were fine with them except our yappy chihuahua mix until he found the chickens.
Also when we left David was so kind to give us some fresh eggs to go.

55Great place! Hosts were kind and the area was more than enough for my 60 pound shepherd to practice off leash. Fencing was secure and high enough that I felt comfortable. We will definitely be back! Damian F.

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
