The water has a blue dye that is safe for people and animals. It’s a dye that aids in blocking uv rays. Please be sure to check weather. If we get heavy rain it can get muddy in areas. Open field backing directly up to 394. 225 ft of tie out, up to 250 lbs, so your furbaby remains safe while able to freely play and sniff around. 12×24 outdoor fenced play kennel with locking gate is also available for use. Small table and chairs are provided, as well as a pet waste receptacle to throw your bags away. Please enter backyard by using the entrance on the North side of the house and proceed to the North side of the kennel, directly back to Sniffspot sign. There is a firepit outside you are more than welcome to use, please bring your own wood. Cold beverages and chips are also available for purchase on-site. No bathroom is avail onsite, however, BP gas station is just down the street. Security cameras monitor the property. Welcome and Happy Sniffing :)

Half acre fenced in with gazebo chairs table. Filled kiddie pool on request.. it’s pretty private and serene. There is a playground, sandbox, swing in the tree and plenty of toys. Porch swing is under deck water bowls are by the hose. Feel free to fill them up if they are empty. We usually have everything ready. We made this spot in honor of Lola, a 2 year old American bulldog. She was so aggressive we loved her and tried everything, we failed. This is a safe spot!! We just added an extra dog bath feature. Hello little ones and dog owners. I actually have a 8,241 square feet yard size. I would say that is medium size that is gated all around as you see in the pictures exactly. Lots of room for running around, digging space, explore and have fun! I do have a fire pit in the middle of the yard and a patio deck for dog owners to sit and relax. I don't have much playing toys, but I have plenty of sticks and a ball that can be bitten and thrown. Don't worry, I can buy more toys or you can supply your dog's own favorite toys. I don't have any dog's. There are neighborhood dogs in their respective homes that may bark, but don't worry they can't jump over their fence or anything from their owners homes. If you would like little humans to play with dogs just let me know, if not the space will be yours alone. You can park in front of the house or in the driveway. Any other questions please don't hesitate to ask.

Also if we are home you can feel free to ask about the restroom if it's an emergency. The pictures are previous to my son cleaning up the yard more. It is a quiet area. Smoke friendly :-). Wi-Fi is also available and doordash will deliver.

Hi! Our .25 acre corner lot is PURRFECT for your furry friends! The yard is just big enough for you and your pup(s) to play fetch, run or even to just hang out and chill. Unfortunately, we are NOT PERMITTING access to the pool at this time, however we DO have a pretty cool sprinkler we can set up per request! We have a 6 ft privacy fence for your pups to run around in without having to worry. There is also seating for the parents to just relax if needed! Please be careful of our flowers and the mulch as most pups love to put those things in their mouths for whatever reason. Ha! It is VERY IMPORTANT you stay only during your allotted time slot because we do have two doods that are not very friendly with other dogs. We just please ask that you be respectful and leave the place how you found it. 🤗 IF YOUR DOG(s) ARE/IS SICK PLEASE USE YOUR BEST JUDGMENT AS WE DO HAVE PUPS OURSELVES AND THIS IS THEIR HOME AND YARD. 🐶 Most importantly have fun and enjoy the space! -Rachael

Fresh dog bowls and water will be provided for each dog, many trees with shaded areas for seating (currently seats 3 can assist in more chairs upon request), child play area with trampoline, slide, swings and such (please do not allow any children over the age of 12 on set and please keep toys provided for the next to enjoy) (trampoline is weighted for 180lbs), garden extras will have a basket if available, sanitizer and poop bags are available upon request. We are about 6-8 mins of 57 north or south of us so no need to feel as though you need to back track on your journey. We are surrounded by field but we are not a fenced. We keep the grass fairly short and I am constantly monitoring and landscaping our yard so i ensure there is nothing dangerous for any of our dogs. Please refrain from allowing the dogs in the garden during growing seasons (nothing dangerous just want to provide healthy food for our and other families).
