Big or small dogs welcome. Let your furry friend burn some energy while you chill on the patio or toss a frisbee around. Fully fenced yard with +6ft fencing. No gaps in beteeen the fence so it is totally cut off from any sight into other yards. There is one small dog that very rarely is outside but it’s never for long. And we have wood panels pushed up under the fence so there’s no way for any dogs that are in my yard to see it be near anybody’s in surrounding yards. I also have two kiddie pools (one for small breed) and one 71inch pool for any large breed dogs that would like to go in the water to play. I have plenty of toys and balls to keep them busy and a doggy bed covered outside. I myself have a reactive dog so I am well aware of the protocol for them. My dog would be with me out away in my room so there would be no chance of your dog seeing or hearing mine. My backyard is VERY well shaded as we have tonssss of trees out back to provide shade and chairs for anyone who wants to sit. We LOVE sharing our space with multiple dogs from the community however, it is hard on the grass. To decrease traffic we have increased our pricing because the grass is struggling with wear/tear. If you have a history of using our yard we want your dog to still get to come play! So please send a message & we will send you a discount code. We just need to start planning for planting grass etc. With the fluctuation in weather please be aware: If outdoor parks are wet and muddy ~ areas of our yard will be also. We cannot control the effects of rain. Please always use the provided carabiner to lock the gate as pictured after you and your dog(s) enter. We have installed multiple methods of LIGHTING for evening reservations. Easy instructions for use will be sent when you make the reservation. We do have a SHADE/RAIN SHELTER! :) PARKING: One FREE private parking space located at the entrance from the alley at the back of the lot. Since some guests were having a tough time with the parking space, we did WIDEN the entrance. We park 2 Honda CRV's back there daily without issue. Fully fenced 6 foot secure and private green space. Large open lot with seating and plenty of room to play fetch or just relax off leash. Easy street parking, no permit required. Any Extras will be located in the storage bin on the east wall of the lot.

This fully fenced in 0.25 acre yard is attached to our Dog Training studio in Hoffman Estates. It is available for use when we're closed. It is only available after 6:30pm Mon-Fri, and is available all day on Saturdays and Sundays. You and your dog(s) will be the only ones on property during your reservation. The yard is well lit for night trips!

Ask all guests to come and leave during your time slot. I have a dog that is not friendly with others. So it’s important for the safety of everyone to come during your slot. The water has a blue dye that is safe for people and animals. It’s a dye that aids in blocking uv rays. Please be sure to check weather. If we get heavy rain it can get muddy in areas.
