It is brand new. We just got it finished last week. It's a great place for dogs to run around and have some fun. It has a fire pit you can come and cook hot dogs on the fire pit and not worry about your dogs.

Very pretty 0.5 acre backyard with lots of shade! Large tree shades almost entire yard. Cute sitting area on lower patio to watch your dog from your own shaded swing or patio chairs. Great area for dogs of all sizes to run and play! Some children’s toys are available to use in the yard as well, including a play house, big trampoline, small trampoline, and some smaller items! I will have a small kiddie pool for dogs to play in set up on hot days.

This is my own house and I bought it for the yard in hoping I’d have a dog someday, but with how busy I’m working, I decided to have cats instead. My backyard is fully fenced and I haven’t done anything special to it yet where I wouldn’t mind a dog running around enjoying itself if they have no spots nearby to run around freely at.
