Porch swing is under deck water bowls are by the hose. Feel free to fill them up if they are empty. We also on occasion dog sit. We have 3 dogs we watch for vacations and 1 day a week. Hello little ones and dog owners. I actually have a 8,241 square feet yard size. I would say that is medium size that is gated all around as you see in the pictures exactly. Lots of room for running around, digging space, explore and have fun! I do have a fire pit in the middle of the yard and a patio deck for dog owners to sit and relax. I don't have much playing toys, but I have plenty of sticks and a ball that can be bitten and thrown. Don't worry, I can buy more toys or you can supply your dog's own favorite toys. I don't have any dog's. There are neighborhood dogs in their respective homes that may bark, but don't worry they can't jump over their fence or anything from their owners homes. If you would like little humans to play with dogs just let me know, if not the space will be yours alone. You can park in front of the house or in the driveway. To decrease traffic we have increased our pricing because the grass is struggling with wear/tear. If you have a history of using our yard we want your dog to still get to come play! So please send a message & we will send you a discount code. We just need to start planning for planting grass etc. We LOVE sharing our space with multiple dogs from the community however, it is hard on the grass. For this reason, we have limited our evening and some weekend availability to Members Only to decrease the wear and tear on the yard. With the fluctuation in weather please be aware: If outdoor parks are wet and muddy ~ areas of our yard will be also. We cannot control the effects of rain. WATER: Due to freezing temperatures all water features have been removed for the season. Clean water bowls will be provided, but please bring your own water for the time being. Thank you for understanding. Please always use the provided carabiner to lock the gate as pictured after you and your dog(s) enter. We have installed multiple methods of LIGHTING for evening reservations. Easy instructions for use will be sent when you make the reservation. We do have a SHADE/RAIN SHELTER! :) PARKING: One FREE private parking space located at the entrance from the alley at the back of the lot. Since some guests were having a tough time with the parking space, we did WIDEN the entrance. We park 2 Honda CRV's back there daily without issue. Fully fenced 6 foot secure and private green space. Large open lot with seating and plenty of room to play fetch or just relax off leash. Easy street parking, no permit required. Any Extras will be located in the storage bin on the east wall of the lot. We have evening hours 6:30p to 9:30p for Members Only, 7 days per week.

Planet Paws playground is part of our canine enrichment center. It’s a unique venue designed specifically to provide your dog with opportunities to work their brains, gain confidence, experience different surfaces and enjoy a nice swim in our swimming pool. ***** NOTE : Effective July 8th our spot will have a new rate, the demand has been so high that we had to hire someone to make sure the spot is up to our standards each time before a visitor comes in. We also had to upgrade the filter in order to be able to maintain a crystal clear water with the less amount of chemicals as possible. Should you have a reservation on the calendar after July 8th and Sniffspot honors your current rate we will honor that as well. Farmland Property has two farm fields, Woods with trails. 10 Achres of grass and Salt Creek in back of the house/yard. (Fallen Trees down in trails from last tornado. All pets, teens and children must stay with owner at all times! Stay away from widow makers: Any tree leaned against another which, will fall at some point and could kill any living thing under it! 10 foot drop off surrounding entire property= wetland/tertuaries: Do not enter due to probable quick sand, per great Lakes fish and game wardens and assigned wetland scientist that frequent property and protect the wetlands. All NW IN wild animals share property. Brown recuse spiders: found on wood. Coyotes, deer and wild turkeys roam throughout the land. Sand cranes, geese, large Crows, Owls, and Midwest birds hang out. Eagles, and Hawks will take small dogs, cats and children. No drugs, marijuana, alcohol while, wandering property with dog on sniffspot.com. If smoking or vaping do not throw butts/litter in yard and not allowed in trails/forest areas only open grass areas. Thank you!

The back yard of my property is fully enclosed with minimum 5ft cedar fencing. Easy gated entry off the large parking pad. Please note: -There is a swimming pool but generally guests do not use it unless specifically cleared with me. -sprinkler may be available for use on hot days -I have 4 pet chickens that will be contained in a secure coop/run; guests are welcome to say “hello” to them, but please do not to enter the enclosure/shed/coop. Absolutely NO DOGS in the run or coop at any time, failure to adhere to policy will result in you being asked to leave immediately. Adirondack chairs and seating area with shade sail pergola available for your enjoyment. There is also a forest preserve area at the end of my street that backs up to the Dupage River; it is not enclosed in any way, but free to the public if you would like to go down to the river.

There is a wide open space up front or if you choose to go around the back of the house there is a sand beach shallow at the beach area. And more open spots to run on this 12 acres . Ask all guests to come and leave during your time slot. I have a dog that is not friendly with others. So it’s important for the safety of everyone to come during your slot. The water has a blue dye that is safe for people and animals. It’s a dye that aids in blocking uv rays. Please be sure to check weather. If we get heavy rain it can get muddy in areas.
