The owner was super friendly, communicative, and even checked the weather and helped me reschedule beforehand for a better weather day to ensure we could use the full property after rain. The owner also met us as we arrived and explained and showed us everything, which was very helpful. It is partially fenced so once inside I felt like I could keep a good eye on both dogs but if your dogs are runners and have zero recall, maybe it's not for you as there are a few unfenced spots for potential escape.

55My dog had a fun time exploring the area! I did bring a chuck it stick and ball so she could run around a little more. There were visible goats and this was our first time seeing them so close but she was non reactive. Clear boundary to them with deep and wide creek. Serafina X.

55Loved this Sniffspot! Area was very clean, toys and kiddie pool provided, dog treats, water bowl, pooper scooper/bags, towel, and also a speaker and some snacks/refreshments for owners!! No other dogs/people seen or heard. One area of the fence is a bit lower but was fine for my German Shepherd (who loves to escape). We had a great time, and the welcome sign is always a nice touch! 55Another great visit. The yard is perfect for my older dogs, and since it is turf and concrete I don’t have to worry about mud or dirt.
