I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. We live on the property with our two rescue dogs (but they will be kept away and inside the house during your visit). Our 11 acre farm is 1/3 mile down an easement off of a quiet road. We have about 2 acres fenced in as a yard for the pups, and also to keep the cows in their pastures. Entrance to the yard is through a gate next to the driveway near the garage. Appointments only please so that we confirm and can put our friendly pups away - unless you would like playtime, and we are sure the dogs get along. We ask that only fully vaccinated and healthy dogs (not recovering or suffering from a transmittable illness) visit our property, as it’s our home.

Our beautiful yard on South Mountain is available for rent! Small dogs, large dogs, Easy to locate on Alt rt. 40 in Washington County. Walking distance from the Appalachian Trail. To get to the fully fenced in yard, the driveway is on a steep hill then levels out close to the gate. Come and go as you please. We have a Well spigot for water access in the middle of the yard. The view especially in the Fall when the leaves are at its peak is spectacular. Public restrooms available on the AT only a 30 second drive away.
