I am delighted to have you and your dog(s) enjoy this fully fenced in 1 acre yard! There are long open areas where doggo can run full speed chasing a ball. There is a concrete wall on one side of the property, woods covering the back and most of the side, and a tall fence on the front side, which creates a very private space. Also included is poop bags, water, and a poop scooper. No pesticides are used on this property. There is also plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles in the driveways. FYI- Chain-link fence is not tied down to the ground between posts, so a smaller dog may be able to push through underneath the fence. I hope you enjoy your stay at the property!

Seating and doggie pool available (request pool is emptied before leaving and not filled more than half or you can’t tip over to empty). No dogs in surrounding yards. Great for big and small dogs! Lots of trees and shrubbery to give you a private oasis. Please close the gate when leaving. Note: I bought my house with a large after one of my dogs was attacked at a dog park causing 2 surgeries and very expensive vet bills. Enjoy my yard with piece of mind.

The yard has several small fences that can be opened or closed. there is one that can be closed to keep the dogs away from the fence where the other dog is to give them a little more space if they are bothered. There are a lot of squirrels! They make a lot of weird noises! There is a table a couple of chairs and a bench feel free to make yourself comfortable. I will put out a small can and pooper scooper to make cleanup easy for you.❤️ 🐕 Please don’t let your dog urinate on my air conditioner!🥰 there is a small gate that can be closed to keep them away from that area to make it easier for you. But you will need to walk through it when you come in. Bottled water, dog treats and human snacks will be available for $1 each.
