Hello there! Welcome to our backyard oasis, complete with a pool, butterflies and flowers. I am a dog lover of all kinds and would be honored to host you and your pups! I hope that you find it spacious and accommodating. You can even see and hear rocket launches from this backyard. Please feel free to use anything outside including the screened lanai, any tables, chairs, loungers, and the sectional, covered or otherwise, but please keep all pups off of the furniture unless their paws have been wiped. The trash can is next to the gated entrance and hand sanitizer, doggy clean-up bags, and a water bowl are on and next to the coffee table near the sectional in the screened lanai. Please excuse the small fenced off portion of the yard (displayed in the pictures with orange construction fence), we are in the process of re-growing our grass in a couple spots. Please, no children at this spot and maximum of 5 humans is allowed. Feel free to use the pool (humans and dogs!) but at your own risk, there is no lifeguard present. No diving is allowed (for humans) and we recommend keeping your pups supervised while they are near and in the unfenced pool. If pups use the pool during your visit, please use the skimming pole to collect any hair before leaving to ensure it is clean and ready for the next paw-tastic visitor. :) We hope you have a wonderful time! Property is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Our yard is less than 1 acre and fully fenced. Surrounded by woods except for one side and there is a pond with a dock. The neighbors dogs (2) are not a hazard but they are reactive so if your dog doesn’t ignore them, they will run along the fence. Normally they are inside but of course they have to be let outside to relieve themselves and stretch their legs. They are never let out as a pair only separately.

4 acres of land where your dog can run safely. Our property is fenced in around all sides. We do have three dogs on our property but they will be in the house unless your dog wants a friend! We have a pond to walk around, fire pit available, chairs to sit in, and various fruit trees that may or may not have fruit. We have chickens but they are locked up. Dog toys available too :). We have plenty of room to run behind the pond. Bring some balls to throw around or just enjoy your dog running off leash.

Dog Club is a private use, canine enrichment field (fenced) located on the beautiful campus of St. Richard's Episcopal Church in the heart of Winter Park (32792/Seminole County) - minutes from Baldwin Park, Audubon Park, Winter Park proper, Maitland, and College Park. The Club field was designed (and is managed by) a local, professional dog trainer as a private use, dog park "alternative" where dogs can meet their exercise and enrichment needs off-leash in the company of their people ONLY while enjoying multiple amenities and activities. Private use visits combined with the location of field, entrance gate, and designated Club parking, as well as privacy screening of Club fencing, are designed to ensure minimal encounters with others dogs or people (within vicinity/outside Club). Private use/visits are limited to maximum of *4 "registered" dogs from SAME household per visit (with some exceptions approved by Club manager). Dogs must be a minimum of 8 weeks old. At least one (1) Club Guest must be an adult (18 years of age or older). Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the Club field and on campus. *Field use/visits by unregistered dogs, unregistered guests, and *between dogs from different households is NOT permitted (*unless approved by Club Manager). The Club is NOT an open access dog park. *Limited exceptions to this policy may be considered - not guaranteed - by Club Manager and must be approved in advance by Club Manager. New guests and their "registered" pup(s) are required to meet with Club Manager on their 1st visit for a 5 minute orientation. June 1, 2025 Hi I'm Andrea! I have no use for all this property we have here! I come across advertisements for Sniffspot over a year ago now and decided to sign up! June 24 will make 3 years since my 🐕 dog Rosie crossed the rainbow bridge so I have the yard rentable for very cheap in her honor! She is the doggie pictured in my profile photo! The yard is completely fenced in of course. I am not allowed any animals here personally so a surprise pet will not show up during your visit. We do have a stray black and white cat that keeps to himself and a gorgeous cat that belongs to my back neighbor whom comes over to see me. The back neighbor also has a chicken coop right outside the fence. The water here is well water and not filtered please do not use! The landlord does not want to do anything about it. P.S. please bring your senior and disabled dogs!

If you don't have dog poop bags, there will be some provided for you on the patio table. You, your dog(s), and any guest you bring agree that you are swimming at your own risk and assume all liability for yourself, your dog(s), and anyone you bring with you. Prior to your visit, you are required to inform Host thru the Sniffspot app of all humans and dogs you are bringing to PEPPER'S BACKYARD. Please be careful not to throw balls or frisbees over the fence and do not take any toys home with you. They are the property of Pepper's Backyard. An inventory of all toys is taken before and after each Guest visit. Missing, damaged or lost toys will be charged to you at $10 per item, and you will be expected to pay for it before the end of your visit either by Cash, CashApp, or Zelle. Please supervise your dog(s) and do not allow them to dig holes in our yard. There is a kiddie pool filled with sand in the far right corner of the yard, and that is the only place your dog(s) are allowed to dig. Any holes dug or any damage done to our yard, pool, patio, or yard furniture will immediately be reported to Sniffspot, and you will be banned from returning to this spot. Do not urinate in the pool or in the yard. A guest bathroom is located inside our home that you are welcome to use. Please know that there are 5 working and monitored surveillance cameras that take video clips of everything you, your dog(s) and any guest you may bring with you are doing while you are on our property and by booking at Pepper's Backyard you all acknowledge and agree to being video recorded. There could potentially be neighbors of all types walking through my neighborhood since my home is located in a highly populated residential neighborhood. As a safety precaution, please lock your car doors, keep your dogs leashed while entering and existing my property, and be aware of your surroundings.

IMPORTANT: If you need help with closing the gate let me know (to open, you push down and pull. You do the opposite to close it but you don't have to make sure it is closed because I don't have a dog! :) We are right off the 408 and close to the executive airport so you will hear jets/planes overhead.
