Feel free to use the hose by the pool or by the garage to clean off your pups! Two swimmable ponds area & fully fenced area in Singleton

This is a package of two different areas in the same property. The first one is fully fenced, 2 acres. Only includes cut grass and shaded areas, plus a small place to sit with your doggos. Second area is not fenced and includes two ponds that your dogs can go into, about 2 acres as well. There is tall and short grass there. Pricing is for access to both on the same day. Moved here in August it’s an older home and have 2 dogs myself Lucky German Shepard and Nelson a smooth haired chihuahua. They love it outside, plenty of room to throw the ball or walk around the pond. We do have a duck named John and the dogs at first didn’t respond well but John the duck new how to remove himself. They are doing much better now that we have slowly introduced them. This property is a good place for a good run and plenty of exercise. We had visitors a couple of times and there dogs even got in the pond and waded, They all had a wonderful time together.
