It was perfect for my bird dog that loves to run around and sniff things out! Just note that Google maps may take you to the wrong place, it took me across the street and down a dirt road to the house, but once we figured it out, it was all good! Pay attention to what Nikki says about it being fenced with barbed wire. The fence is strong and in excellent condition, but if you have a dog that likes to escape, be careful. 206 runs right along the property and is a fairly busy road. The entrance of the property is flat and cleared, with the rest being high grass and some bush, be careful, there are cactus out there. There were also some holes filled with water, which was fine with us, Charlie loves the water, but just a heads up. I’m assuming it had rained recently and that is why it was pretty wet towards the back of the property. That just made it more enjoyable for my pup, but also glad I carry a towel for him in the car. There is a nice spot to pull in and park, Nikki has a couple of chairs for you to sit in under a tree as well. If it would have been up to Charlie, we would have explored much longer, but the road was calling! Safe travels!
