Sam's Fully Fenced Yard for Dogs To Rent in San Jose
I look forward to welcoming you and your dogs to play and relax. Houses in my neighborhood are close to one another, and I want to respect my neighbors. Sure, dogs bark, but if your dog is a barker and likely to bark constantly throughout the visit, my Sniffspot may not be the best fit.

Private swimming hole in the redwoods. Please read all "rules" and all "access instructions" after booking.
This is a private, undeveloped, forested spot. If you are interested in this spot, you and your dog should be up for a mini adventure. This spot is not a manicured, backyard park. It is wild and beautiful, and a rare find in this area. THERE IS NO TRASH SERVICE AT THIS FOREST LOCATION. PACK EVERYTHING OUT WITH YOU, INCLUDING DOG POOP BAGGIES. The trail starts at the west (downhill) end of the parking spot, and winds downhill to the creek (there are a couple of switchbacks). The trail from the parking area to the creek is less than 5 minutes long. At the bottom of the trail, is a deck. Beyond the deck is a year-round creek with a swimming hole. There are fish, frogs, newts, and crawdads. All wildlife is protected, so please don't catch or remove them. You may walk up and down along the creek exploring, as long as you turn around before the bend that is downstream. The trail that leads downhill to the creek is intermediate, not for beginners or flip-flops. There should be no poison oak or ticks on the trail, but if you venture off the trail, you may encounter poison oak or ticks. There are blackberry bushes to the sides of the trail that resemble poison oak. There should be no foxtails. You may see wild animals. As a wild spot, you may encounter typical hazards that are present in most local forest trails, such as wildlife, water, and trip-and-fall hazards. This is a private spot, and there should be no other people or dogs during your booking. If you see someone during your booking, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can take steps to prevent them from trespassing again. There is no lighting at this spot, so if you book before sunrise or after sunset, please bring a headlamp or flashlight. Maximum 2 people per dog. There is no trash collection service at this location, so please pack out any trash. Thank you!

Maxie Water Park 🏖️Private Dog Pool with Solar Heating In San Jose
🐾 Welcome to Maxie Pool! The first private swimming pool in the area, designed just for dogs to splash, swim, and have fun! 🌞 About the Pool -Chlorinated and professionally cleaned weekly. -Pool depth & entry steps: The pool goes up to 9 ft deep on the east side, but most of the west side is waist-high shallow water. There are 3 wide steps where dogs can easily enter, rest, or leave the pool. -Dog life jackets in XS/S/M/L sizes (one of each), pool toys, and treats available. -Solar-heated by the sun through solar panels, so water temperature depends on sunshine and weather (not a jacuzzi or gas-heated pool). Due to the recent weather, the pool water temperature is around 65-70F degree at noon in Mid October. We had some big pups(golden retriever, bernedoodle, and labs) come to swim, and they all had a lot of fun. However, the pool is unsuitable for people to swim in October. - Trees provide shade during most of the daytime in the backyard for guests to sit and relax. -The backyard has a mix of stone, mulch, pebbles, and turf, giving dogs plenty of textures and areas to explore. -A few extras provided: sunscreen, wipes, a privacy tent, and life vests for humans to make your visit easier. ✨ Before You Book -This is a dog pool, so the focus is for your pups to enjoy the water. Even though we clean after every visit and run the filter constantly, dogs naturally bring in hair, oils, dust, and dirt. This is not a resort-style pool for people. Water may be clearer on weekdays than weekends. -Please brush your dog before swimming to reduce shedding(brushes are provided) 👥 Guests & Dogs -2 guests included with the first dog. Each additional dog includes 1 guest free. -Extra guests: $15/person/hour. If you are bringing more guests, you can select in the EXTRA section when booking. -For safety reasons, children under 16 are not allowed. -Bringing 4+ dogs or hosting a doggy party? Please contact us before booking and we’ll be happy to help arrange! 🏊 Pool Rules To keep the pool safe and enjoyable for everyone: -Supervise your dogs at all times; no coach/lifeguard provided. -Pets & humans swim at their own risk. -No bathroom available, please plan ahead. We do have a privacy tent for guests to change clothes. -No food, treats, or glassware in the pool. -No peeing/pooping in the pool, please let us know immediately if your pup has accidents happen. -Dogs must be leashed entering/exiting; off-leash only once the pool steel gate is locked. Keep the pool steel gate locked at all times. -Keep noise down. no yelling, screaming, or loud music (quiet neighborhood). -Respect landscaping, there are plants, turf, rocks, and mulch; dogs play at their own risk. -Bring your own towels, no hoses, outlets, dryers, or shower facilities available. -Do not touch pool equipment, misuse will result in charges. -Pool cleaning is every Monday, there may be pool chemicals present. -Security cameras are at the entrance and backyard; footage is reviewed only for incidents. 💙 Thank you for helping us keep Maxie Pool fun, safe, and clean for every pup. We can’t wait to welcome you and your dog for a tail-wagging good swim!

Winter Creek Dog Park In San Jose
June 22: The parking area to the fully-fenced area have been mowed short. We have tried to eliminate as many foxtails as possible. I am waiting on a tractor service for the hillside - the grass is taller w/ foxtails so recommend avoiding until it is mowed. SUMMER: Recommend AM visits before 10am or evening after 5pm. Our spot is full sun with very limited shade. We are trying to eliminate the foxtails but we have a large property and cannot guarantee we get all of them. **Horses visible in adjacent property occasionally Additionally, guests can enjoy the adjacent hillside which is partially-fenced. You are welcome to enjoy this off-leash or, if you're more comfortable, take a little stroll through the grass. NOTE: There may be foxtails and ticks in this area.

Exclusive Dog Trainer & Group Play Yard with Private Parking and 6-Ft Fencing – Los Altos Hills
Trainers Only – 4+ Dogs Required This yard is reserved exclusively for professional dog trainers hosting group play sessions, structured training, or supervised socialization. Located at 13970 La Paloma Rd in Los Altos Hills, right at the corner of La Paloma Rd and W Fremont Rd, this private yard is fully enclosed with six-foot white vinyl fencing and designed specifically for multi-dog sessions. The property sits between Foothill College and Downtown Los Altos, just minutes from I-280 and El Monte Road, with easy access from Mountain View, Palo Alto, and Cupertino. I’ve been hosting professional dog trainers on Sniffspot for almost two years and am reopening the yard in December 2025 after a full renovation. The space is quiet, secure, and easy to access, making it ideal for recurring sessions or structured group play. ⸻ Now Accepting New Trainer Clients After taking time off to renovate and upgrade the property, the yard will officially reopen for professional use in December 2025. The entire space has been improved from the ground up with new mulch and landscaping fabric, brand-new six-foot white vinyl fencing, and an industrial-grade dog bath for added convenience. I’m now welcoming new long-term trainers and dog industry professionals who are looking for a secure, private, and well-maintained location for group play sessions or training activities. This is a great opportunity to be among the first to use the updated yard and establish a recurring schedule. Discounted weekly and monthly rates are available, and regular clients can reserve exclusive time blocks for consistent access. ⸻ Pricing • Listed rate: $75 per hour (set higher to discourage casual users) • Trainer rate: $40–$50 per hour once approved • Discounts: available for multi-day or recurring bookings When messaging, please include your typical group size, focus of your sessions, and preferred schedule. ⸻ Booking Requirements • Minimum of four dogs per session • Trainers only (no individual pet owners) ⸻ About the Space The yard is large, clean, and completely private. It’s enclosed with six-foot white vinyl fencing installed in 2025 and has a double-gate entry for safe, controlled access. You’ll have private parking right in front of the gate, and trainers can back up beside the garage for easy loading and unloading. The space is equipped with Ring floodlight and security cameras for visibility and peace of mind, and the property sits well off the street for total privacy. Amenities include: • Large bin of dog toys (please return after use) • Complimentary dog treats (avoid if allergies) • Auto-fill water bowls, hoses, and stainless steel bowls • Ample seating for handlers and assistants • Poop bags and disposal area • Inflatable and standard pools, towels available on request ⸻ Dog Bathing Station (Add-On Amenity) An industrial-grade dog bath will be available for trainers who want to rinse or bathe dogs after play sessions. It’s large enough to fit big breeds comfortably and has strong water pressure for quick cleaning. Use of the bath is available for an additional fee per session. Towels can be provided for a small extra charge, though guests are encouraged to bring their own. ⸻ Surface and Safety The entire yard has been professionally mulched and resurfaced in 2025 with landscaping fabric installed underneath to prevent any weed growth. There are no weeds, no foxtails, and no hazards anywhere on the property. The surface is clean, level, and soft underfoot, providing a safe and comfortable play area for all dogs. ⸻ Privacy and Security You won’t see anyone during your booking. The property sits more than 100 feet back from the road and is surrounded by tall white vinyl fencing that fully blocks outside visibility. The residents are not home during bookings and will not come outside, so you can enjoy total peace, quiet, and privacy during every session. ⸻ Access Access to the property is private and simple. After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive detailed gate instructions and a temporary keypad code. Drive up the private driveway, park in front of the gate or beside the garage, and enter through the outer gate. Close it securely before opening the inner gate to the yard. Ring cameras monitor the entry for safety, but no one will interrupt your session. When finished, close and latch both gates, remove your items, and leave the yard tidy. ⸻ Dog Details I’m the proud owner of two Labrador Retrievers, but they are always kept indoors and out of sight during all bookings. The yard is used exclusively by guests during their reserved sessions. ⸻ Dog Birthday Parties and Events Dog birthday parties and small group events are welcome. Please message me for a custom quote. Party bookings typically start at an additional $200, which covers event planning, decorations, setup, parking coordination, and post-event cleaning. Guests may use the indoor restroom upon request. ⸻ Additional Rules • This space is for professional dog trainers only. • A minimum of four dogs is required per session. • Keep both gates closed at all times and supervise all dogs. • No digging, smoking, or glass containers on the property. • Please clean up all waste before leaving. • Keep noise to a reasonable level. • Do not adjust or cover the security cameras. • Close and latch both gates before departure.
