What a great set up! Super tall/secure fencing. Once host lets you in you are completely secure. Various pretty trails to follow. Dogs enjoyed the spring fed pond. We saw wild turkeys on the opposite side of the fence. One trail is steep so if you choose it you’ll get a good workout:-) Host was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

We had a blast at this spot today! The description provided is very accurate and the location was easy to find. Host was very responsive to messages, met us briefly at the beginning of our rental with some property maps and helped get us oriented to the trails ... also provided a contact number in case we had any problems. There is a boarding kennel on the property but the space was so big that it was very easy to stay away from that area and host assured us that none of the perimeter fencing for the Sniffspot shared any kennel fencing being actively used. Super spot to give your dog a BIG sense of freedom while having the safety of a perimeter fence. There is small pond for cooling off. Some of the trails do include hills and my dog found herself plenty of mud to have fun in after some rainy weather but she loves MUD no matter where we go.
