We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please! 1700s Historic Home with 10 acres. The North East river borders one side to run and play, and the railroad line runs along the other side but is fenced. Rabbits, groundhogs, and squirrels are plentiful! Field mowed area in some spots, so not all lawn cut grass at this time. It is mowed regularly but may be of varying heights throughout the summer. Woods are available to walk through; however, no trails are available yet (coming soon!). Privacy in the backyard, may see occasional joggers or fishermen on the street out front. Circular driveway is good for laps. The fenced portion of the yard is only for advance approved usage by very young or small dogs. Please keep dogs off of front porch; Gazebo is available for shade or inclement weather. Sniffspot tote is located under the gazebo in a teal tote. Please leave dirty bowls and towels outside of bin for cleaning.

Beautiful partially fenced yard 20 minutes north of Cape May. Stop by on your way down to beautiful cape May to let your four legged friends stretch their legs! We have a small farm and garden on site. Chickens free range and we have a German Shepherd in our house. Beautiful meadow and creek views and plenty of room to play fetch.

I am a working horse farm and fields are anywhere from a smaller paddock to about 3 acres. Horses get moved around so location changes as to what is available. No climb 4'6" fencing, however there are spots a small dog can get under. Better situation for dogs that have a call back and are not gamey as I have many farm animals they could come in contact with if are not with owner. I have a toilet in the barn for use, plenty of electric outlets and water. Wash stall can also be used for hot water baths after visit. Dogs must be obedient to owners and non animal or human aggressive. You can also walk around the outside of the property on leash and go into Earleville state park land directly behind me.

One acre grassy field fronting the peaceful Big Elk Creek. Easy access to the stony beach at the water’s edge. Lightly travelled road with one-lane bridge. Steep hills on either side help discourage roaming. Creek is stocked with trout. During first two weeks of trout season, creek is well populated with fishermen/women but they seldom bring dogs. Otherwise, there are occasional visitors to this area. Great spot for pups and kids to run, swim and explore. Peace and tranquillity for all to enjoy.

Very relaxed atmosphere minimal traffic yard is a little over an acre three quarters of the way fenced in but will be fencing at least the back half of the property the rest of the way in with a gate. I'm currently still cleaning the property up and making it more scenic and more comfortable for all walks of life. Bear with me on Wi-Fi I am setting up my guest network now as we speak be a mobile hotspot basically. There is TV seating in my office in my garage you can also sit in the garage where it's cool plenty of fans and if you need mechanic work done on a on a whim I'm your man. I have a chocolate lab and two cats that can be put away if need be one inside cat one outside cat. Neighbors behind me have farm animals but they're all fenced in neighbors to the left of me have a German Shepherd but is mostly inside and unfortunately on a shock collar. Neighbors in front of me one has a dog a boxer that is only out first thing in the morning and in the evening when he gets home from work and that's it other neighbor in front of me does not own any animals. You can also go for a private walk and enjoy the country air we'll be making it more convenient and comfortable as time goes on I'm just starting thank you.

Our land has a few fenced in areas recently used for cows so they aren’t full privacy fences. If you are worried about your companion running off please note that this property is unfenced surrounded by corn fields. This is PLENTY of space to roam, a trail to a pond, and lots of scents to smell. We do not allow pups getting in the pond, for your safety and your pups
