Rent safe and private fenced dog parks hosted by locals in El Centro, California

Our favorite SniffSpot by far! Not only are the puppy-friendly amenities a hit amongst our fur-babies, the hosts go above and beyond by offering extras and comfort for their human guests! We started visiting for the purpose to bond and train with our newly rescued fear-reactive Standard Schnauzer, and can confidently say this place has not only built his confidence, it has also provided us a safe and private space to build trust and bond as a family. We can't be more grateful, and appreciate the constant additions of new features and amazingly responsive and accommodating hosts. Thank you immensely, we appreciate your commitment to maintaining such a wonderful space for pups and humans alike and look forward to discovering what's in store for our next visit!

I am ready to become a regular! At first I really did not know what to expect. What a fantastic outcome!! The host of this property obviously puts amazing effort into the property being clean, safe, comfortable and fun for the fur guests and parents. Directions were clear and I have no complaints. Full fence, toys and supplies are provided. This is such a great service for anyone who has a reactive pet or prefers a more private respectful setting.

Very big backyard with a lot of shade. Eric provides a lot of good extras that we got to add on. Coco had a very fun time running around. Also lots of toys to play with!!

Our pup had SO much room to run around and got to try some of the agility course for the first time. There’s also a nice shady patio where the humans can hang. Great SniffSpot!

Another day another Sniffspot, I enjoyed this location and thought the agility course was fun, lots of space! My dog is over a hundred pound puppy so I liked to see her be able to go full speed. Easily accessible water, and a great host. If your dog is a stick lover this is a great place for your dog for that reason as well. She spent most of her time inspecting the sticks. I also appreciated lots of seating. Only thing is if your dog is reactive, or scared of cars this might not be the Sniffspot for you. There was a busy street in eye sight.

I took a dog from our local rescue that is not dog-friendly. She had a great time sniffing and walking. She enjoyed her outing!

Huge yard for your pup to play in! Lots of hills and places to run, our pup loved going up and down the hills as fast as she could. There were quite a few foxtails. Steps to get down to the one level was a nice touch. Private parking.

My new favorite spot!! The hosts are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The space is so much fun for the dogs :) a beautiful property hidden in the city.

My dog was t i r e d! This is a really neat, large property with lots of different levels and hills. Awesome, friendly family/hosts. Many things to explore and sniff, dog-friendly, clean and safe. My hound loved it, she had so much fun we will definitely be back.

This place and the owner where amazing! Exactly what our dog need. So spacious, and safe. With different levels to make fetch game even more fun. The owner is very communicative and loves dogs as well very understanding of our anxious pup.

This spot is quite the epic backyard! Super fun place to explore. Part of the yard is a large hill, the other part a flat area with basketball court that you can access by either walking down the hill or down some steps that pass through a not-in-use pool area. It has some old cars and utility trailers and other misc things scattered throughout - which my dogs had fun sniffing. The neighbors across the street do have a pup that my sensitive girl was very interested in (the pups can see each other through the gates) but the yard space was so large, she eventually lost interest and wanted to sniff instead. The yard is full of grass so something to keep in mind if you have a major grass muncher! Overall, great spot and worth a visit!

Awesome place to let the dog run around. My dog had the best time! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Amazing space! My pup thoroughly enjoyed smelling every inch and playing fetch to her hearts content. There was someone there to open the gate when we arrived and close it behind us, they were extremely friendly and welcoming. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This was a great place for our dogs! They loved running up and down the hills and smelling every inch. Got lots of energy out and were pooped after! Thanks so much!

This backyard was amazing. Tons of room for the pup and excellent views to relax while the dog has a good time. The host was amazing, even provided me a water for our visit. Will definitely be returning. Thanks so much!

Loved our visit here! My Malamute loves to explore everywhere, and it’s so nice the house is up on a hill away from the running area so she wasn’t constantly snooping around the home. Felt comfortable enough with the fencing and property to just sit and watch them play and explore will definitely be booking again :))

Nice large space. My dog and my daughter got some energy out and are both dog tired. We will be back.

Canyon View Dog Park This lovely back yard is a great place to bring your nose-y dogs! On the street-level portion there’s lots of landscape with compacted earth to sniff & explore. It surrounds a charming, comfortable seating area on a cement pad. I think I counted 7 trees here. I didn’t see any plants or outdoor furnishings that might be harmful or dangerous to dogs. There’s a lush hillside bordered by secure fencing down below. My dogs enjoyed running up and down that hillside. One of my dogs is an escape artist and she found no vulnerabilities. The fencing is fine and there are no gaps. This location was easy to find and one enters next to the garage. Open the gate, pass thru and then make sure it’s closed and latched if you have a trouble-maker like mine. There was a refreshing breeze blowing thru the trees—it sounded a little like Hawaii. It was so pleasant. We could also hear neighborhood dogs barking. It was near Sunset and folks were getting home from work and walking their dogs, so it didn’t seem unusual or too much. Amanda was a great communicator and clearly wanted us to feel welcome and comfortable. My dogs had a great time. We’ll be back.

Great space! Our dogs loved running around and all the space to sniff. Nice area to sit, we brought some sandwiches and enjoyed lunch in the backyard. Fresh water was out. Beautiful view into the canyon.
