55We had our dogs 5th birthday party in Jessica's yard. She was extremely accommodating, an excellent communicator, and very friendly. Because we had many children attending the pup party, she offered a container of fidgets and other little toys, that our kids did play with. Thank you for that! She had a little set up with a garbage can, water bottles, sparkling water and doggie clean up bags. The table and chairs were comfortable for our guests. The yard is very spacious, so there was space for (3) dogs to run around and for the adults and kids to play volleyball, while some of the other adults sat and visited. We appreciate the warm hospitality and will look forward to booking again! Thank you!!! Cynthia R.

55 The yard was fully secured and was a nice size for our two dogs. It was clean of dog waste.
Stated amenities were not available (bags, trash can, dog water, etc.) Perhaps they haven’t set up for the season yet.
There were a few hazardous areas of garden fencing that had poking wires…could hurt a dog’s eyes. Also kiddy pool upside down with dirty standing waterChrista L.

55I just had my first experience using Sniffspot, and it was amazing! The dogs I’m taking care of had never run off-leash in that much space before, and it was so sweet to see them freely run around in such a safe and well-kept area. They were exhausted afterward, which is always a great and fulfilling for all of us. I would definitely consider coming back next time I watch them.Jessica C.

55We had an absolutely fantastic time here. We recently adopted a rescue and wanted to give her a nice treat and allow her to run around safely. She spent every one of those 60 minutes having the time of her live. We will certainly be back. It was safe and secure, plenty of room for running and fetch. Loooootssss of spots to smell. Grace S.

55Willow had a great time running around and exploring at Brown’s Bark Park! Lots of sights and sounds to explore here and nice amenities. Hopefully next time she’ll take advantage of them like explore the wading pool a little more and play with some of the toys. The dogs next door were out in their yard and Willow had a through the fence meet and greet without issue. It was a great experience and she is exhausted!Terese K.

55Huge yard, fully fenced. Plenty of shade (and some sun spots too). Good mix of room to run but also tree/bush areas for exploring/sniffing. Neighbors have a husky, but doggie never even made a sound and was very docile at the fence line (usually my reactive dog is the first to start something at a fence line, but she didn’t make a sound either - a super sweet neighbor dog). Host was very communicative and left water bowls for dogs, poop bags/trash can. And human drinks too. We will be back!Bridget C.

55Loki and I had such a fun-filled afternoon at the Brown’s Bark Park! I especially enjoyed having a shady spot to sit while Loki got to roam around. Very clean and easy to access! We will definitely be return customers! 🐾Courtney P.

FAQ About Elmhurst Dog Parks
Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.

With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 8% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Elmhurst area are 5 stars.
