Visibility is great - it’s very easy to keep an eye on your dogs while they wander the whole area, but there’s still some nice landscaping variety and trees for them to explore. The neighbors were out with their kids and dog, and they were very chill and didn’t distract our dogs at all (kept away from the fence and didn’t bark). There’s also an active walkway behind the house with cyclists and people walking their dogs, but there’s enough distance and foliage for it to still feel very private and the dogs didn’t pay it any attention. 55Great yard for running, sunny spots and shaded areas. Water and bowl provided with poop bags and some balls. GPS made it a mission to find so pay attention to that part and get there a lil early in case that happens to you. I will return to this location so far it’s my favorite one yet.Janette R.
