55Love this place! Spent most of the time at the creek and then we usually come back into the grass so the dogs can dry off. We have had a lot of rain so I’d recommend bringing bug spray for your pups this time of year. Lisa R.

55My pups get so excited as we turn into the complex because they absolutely love coming to this spot. We visit several times a week and they are never bored. One of my dogs is extremely anxious and reactive so this is a great opportunity for him to run and play with abandon because the space is so secluded. We have occasionally seen people in and out of the building adjacent the field, but 99% of the time we are totally alone which is a dream for his nervous system. 55My 3 dogs and I had a great time! My cattle dogs really liked all the toys, and my old boy was able to get around easily, thanks to the flat ground; I'm pretty sure he sniffed every inch. There were a couple of bowls with water in the covered area, but I had no idea how long they had been there, so I recommend bringing your own water and maybe your own bowl for sanitary reasons. Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks.
