This spot was developed as a starting pen for beagles. Brush piles, food plots, and secure cover were established for rabbits. Elevated observation decks (use at your own risk) were built for dog owners to observe their dog working a running rabbit. This spot is designed for beagle use but is multi use for all breeds of dogs. This spot is located in the "country" with easy parking and access. Welcome to our sniffspot! It's a nice size yard to let your dog sniff around and maybe throw the ball. I have a seating area in the shade for the humans. Our neighbors next to us and behind us both have dogs so they are sometimes at the fence but not super often. You can park on the street and enter through the side gate to the left of the house. I do have a very dog friendly female dog who is 1 years old and loves to play if your dog would like a friend and we are home but message me for that otherwise I will leave her inside. Welcome to Pooch’s Paradise! I’m Kaitlyn, a professional dog trainer who owns Kaitlyn’s Dog Training. My dogs are basically my children, and the entire yard has been catered to them and my clients’ dogs. This half-acre yard is fully fenced (6 foot privacy, plus a 4-ft chain link surrounding a garden area), and even has a double-gate system to enter and exit, like you would see at a dog park to add extra safety. There are tons of enrichment activities available. I always have a wide variety of toys, a children’s climbing playset, a large ball pit, agility equipment (tunnels, a small A Frame, a teeter totter, a small tire jump, weave poles, and a panel jump). ** I also have kiddie pools and/or a treat scavenger hunt I can add if you give advance notice and select it as an add-on option.** There’s a gazebo that offers shade and is also screened in to prevent most bugs from getting in. There’s a clear tote by the entry gate that contains clean towels and also a Mudbuster tool for cleaning off paws. We do everything we can to provide the absolute best experience for you and your dog, and we think you’ll love it! The only dogs I have ever allowed on the property are vaccinated, healthy, and up-to-date on flea & tick prevention. All the pups who visit my home find that the yard is quite literally their own personal playground, and I know your dogs will love it too!

My name is Lindy and I was a dog mom of 2 beautiful Angels that are now together forever, they passed 2 years apart and with this most recent loss of my Great Dane I like a good reason to keep up with our yard for a dog still. They had lots of fun and exercises and sunbathing back here and they would hate for it to go to waste! I live in a quiet safe neighborhood that misses the barking in my back yard, high privacy fence to deter jumping and great for throwing balls! Separate Private entrance through the garage of house. Hi! We have two Australian Shepherds. An 8 year old blue merle (Elvira) and a 2 year old red merle (Roary). We are a huge dog loving family, and we'd love to welcome other floofs to our yard. ALL BREEDS WELCOME. 💕 We lived in an apartment for many years with our floofs, so we know how it is not to have your own yard for your fur kids. My husband and I both work in the medical field and would love to allow other dogs to use our space to run and play freely. The yard has privacy fencing all around, and chances are there will already be plenty of tennis balls and other toys around. Miller Road "Bark" Yard is close you you! To those who might not be up to that walk again. You feel your dog isn't getting to "run". I have approximately a quarter acre, fully fenced in, well maintained yard. I have a 12 lb. dog. I don't use fertilizer or pesticides in the yard as we feed the local the critters. Plenty of birds, squirrels to chase, occasional rabbit. Outdoor Water available. Digging area (10'x10', Sand) Padded seating is available as well as shade. Electricity Provided for charging phones, etc. I'm (negotiable) preferably same family. It's a great place to come chill. Ask about other amenities. Games, pool , hammock, grilling, I can work with you. ****Note: This is considered private property. Therefore, adult beverages (no glass, plz) bringing a beer or? As well as your personal stash/alternative, as allowed by the State of Michigan/City of Lansing. Please do so responsibly.

Come out and enjoy the country air at this rural site South of Ionia minutes from 96 and 66. Bring a chair and enjoy the sun or the shade of the trees. Located adjacent to a working crop and beef farm, this fully fenced half acre yard is a perfect spot to enjoy fresh air, country quiet, and the occasional farm equipment or cattle sightings. Three sides of the yard are 4’ chainlink, the fourth side is livestock fence shared with a cattle pasture that has 8” square openings. If your dog cannot abide the fence with larger openings, please choose a different Sniffspot. Because, we are adjacent to an operating farm, please help us be kind neighbors. Keep dogs on leash until secured within the fence area and if the cattle are nearby, please try to keep barking at the cattle to a minimum. Most people enjoy watching the cattle, especially in the spring with their calves. Also, make sure to park in the designated areas only to keep the main flow clear for farm traffic. We are a new Sniffspot, so we have several amenities we are excited to add, but getting a general feel for interest before further investment. Hello there! My spot is available to anyone needing room to roam! About 1500 sq feet of open yard. We seasonally put chairs and hammocks and a doggie pool out. Open and clear now for Winter time. We can offer digging spots, room to play fetch and play toys for your pups! My 2 Berner boys are friendly and playful with other dogs. But if you choose to room solely that’s welcomed as well! I can offer dog treats and dog bags as well as a pooper scooper if needed. As well as doggy water inside or on our back porch. Feel free to use our restroom just inside our side door/living room.
