If Sniffspot existed then, it would’ve been a haven for us, a place to learn and grow without the fear of hills and unpredictability. In his memory, we offer this space – a peaceful realm for training, exploration, and connection, just like Cody would have loved.

1700s Historic Home with 10 acres. The North East river borders one side to run and play, and the railroad line runs along the other side but is fenced. Rabbits, groundhogs, and squirrels are plentiful! Field mowed area in some spots, so not all lawn cut grass at this time. It is mowed regularly but may be of varying heights throughout the summer. Woods are available to walk through; however, no trails are available yet (coming soon!). Privacy in the backyard, may see occasional joggers or fishermen on the street out front. Circular driveway is good for laps. The fenced portion of the yard is only for advance approved usage by very young or small dogs. Please keep dogs off of front porch; Gazebo is available for shade or inclement weather. Sniffspot tote is located under the gazebo in a teal tote. Please leave dirty bowls and towels outside of bin for cleaning.

Individual or group play available at this fully fenced, 0.75 acre property with dock and ramp access to Bear Creek. Lots of space to run and play on grass. Trees and porches provide shade. Chickens in a small coop and resident Labrador on site. May make reservations for group or individual play, with or without friendly resident dog.

AS OF MAY 4TH 2025 OUR SPOT IS CLOSED INDEFINITELY We appreciate all of our visitors, but the app has become very glitchy, rules aren't being read/followed and the apps GPS is bringing people to our neighbors which has caused significant issues. Feel free to send me a message if you'd like to schedule something in the future and I will see about unblocking the calendar. As of right now, especially because SniffSpot support is not responding to us in a timely fashion, we are making this decision and very sorry to do so. People who are not first time guests or have been here a few times before can still reach out to schedule while we work this out. Does your dog love to run? Love to swim? Love to chill in the shade? We have it all! Enjoy 3 acres of fenced in land to run around, a private lake for you pup to swim in or do some dock diving, and a bamboo forest perfect for getting some shade and feeling at peace. We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please! Any additional people should be added under "extras".

Update for Former Guests: the stone house and yard are no longer part of our spot. ***See the last photo in our gallery for an overview map of the updated Sniffspot. Please park at the top of the hill by the large metal barn and walk down the hill on the path on the right to the pond. We are open occasional hours due to surveying and construction soon to be started. Please message me if you have a specific time you want to come out and I will open for you if possible! Dogs can run, swim, play and explore the 8 acres of fields above our farm pond. Seating, water and lots of parking. We are only 3 miles from the Baltimore Beltway, 12 miles from the Inner Harbor! We are adjacent to a local pick your own peaches, apples and berry farm.

Welcome to our farm Sniffspot, where your pup can enjoy the best of the countryside! Located on a peaceful working farm, this spot offers a mix of open fields, shaded woods, and soft grassy areas—perfect for running, exploring, or just lounging. Great for reactive dogs who are more comfortable with solitude or fur babies who like interacting with others. We have enough room to accommodate both. With a variety of natural smells from wildlife, farm animals, and fresh country air, there’s plenty here to keep curious noses busy and tails wagging.

Large 2 acre field for off leash play, only with strong recall, or long line play. There is also a boat ramp that dogs can use if they want to take a dip in the water, use at your own risk. Great spot for fetch or sniffs from the deer who sleep there!

One acre grassy field fronting the peaceful Big Elk Creek. Easy access to the stony beach at the water’s edge. Lightly travelled road with one-lane bridge. Steep hills on either side help discourage roaming. Creek is stocked with trout. During first two weeks of trout season, creek is well populated with fishermen/women but they seldom bring dogs. Otherwise, there are occasional visitors to this area. Great spot for pups and kids to run, swim and explore. Peace and tranquillity for all to enjoy.

Welcome to your dream dog park! This stunning 2-acre property boasts a variety of features that both you and your furry friends will love. As you enter, you'll be greeted by dozens of trees and bushes, providing the perfect backdrop for a peaceful day out. Among these, you'll find an array of flowering and non-flowering plants, offering vibrant colors and sweet scents that will delight your senses. The property also includes spacious lawns, allowing your four-legged friends to run and play to their heart's content. You'll find plenty of room to toss a ball, play fetch, or simply relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. At the very back of the property, if it rained recently you will find a small stream that winds its way through the woods. The backyard is enclosed by a split rail fence that marks the boundary, but there are numerous gaps, so it will not stop a curious pup.
