We have two small yorkies, but rest assured, they will be kept inside during your visit, and the backyard will be exclusively for you. We have plenty of seating options including rocking chairs and benches. We also have a small table and a cooler available for use. On our deck, enjoy our large oscillating fan and shaded area. We also have an electrical outlet and wi-fi is included. For the doggos we have a kiddie pool, water hose, toys, water bowl, towels, and poop bags. Fully fenced yard with covered patio. There will be toys and an agility course for your dog to play with and a table for you to enjoy/do work while your dog(s) have fun. You may use the outlets on the table or on the pillars. There is a small mini fridge that you may use if you would like to keep your drink cool. 2 gallons of filtered water will be provided for the dogs along with a clean/sanitized water bowl. Dog splash pad is available upon request for an extra fee. No towels are provided. All dog water bowls and toys are cleaned and sanitized daily and/or after every use. There will be a bin to put used items in for sanitizing. The lawn is treated with all natural and pet friendly Cedarcide for fleas, ticks, ants and mosquitoes.

I have a 3+ acre piece of property behind the Hobby Lobby on Sawdust Road. Park in front of the blue cargo container building and walk around behind the silver building. Always call before you make a reservation to avoid conflicts. This is a multipurpose venue, and we may have other rentals schedule. You and your dog are welcome to wander the 3-acre unfenced backlot (leashed or unleased) behind the Epic Mancave. We are part of the Epic Creative Co-Op, and home to The Woodlands Art League.
